Wow, really surprised that people had such a different experience than I did today. I usually read reviews before I go places and I guess I just didn’t care today because I really need the service and they delivered! I booked last minute and usually if you can book easily it’s not a good sign but again threw caution to the wind went with it anyway. I’m so glad I did and I felt bad because my gps sent me the wrong way so I was at least 10 minutes late but I called to confirm that I was still coming so it was no problem. Everything was pleasant, it’s very neat and clean in appearance too. The booking online was easy, the man taking calls was very polite, and welcoming when I arrived accepting my apologies for being late by saying it wasn’t a problem I’d get my full hour. I booked the head spa service and I’ve had this service at two other places before so I knew what to expect (in general) they always show you your scalp under a magnified screen then highlight areas of concern or anything in general. They did a brief scalp analysis which is typical, they don’t usually last more than a few minutes anywhere I’ve been previously. The service it self was very relaxing. I really enjoyed it, there was one thing they did differently than other places and it was they do a lot of manual scrubbing on your scalp. Some places use special scalp massagers and scalp brushes, I think I prefer that method because using just fingers can feel a little too scratchy at times. But overall it was really exactly what I needed. I love the face massaging, the neck too, and the steam they use during the conditioning, it’s a nice touch towards the end. For the price it’s definitely worth a try, I highly recommend it especially if you’ve never had a scalp treatment. If you’re not into anything scratching on your head probably not going to be your thing. But it is so good for stimulating hair growth so it’s a regular thing for me. Love it !

Decided to walk-in one day and try the 90-minute Zen Signature service. The man at the front desk was very accommodating and kind, as was my service provider! I have truly never felt so relaxed in my life, highly recommend giving them a try! **Update**: Had to lower a star after my last visit... if it had been my first visit I would have rated 3 stars. The people who work here are very nice and friendly, however my 90-minute head spa service on my last visit really paled in comparison to my first visit. It did not feel like my spa therapist really knew what he was doing?? Last time the therapist gave an amazing scalp massage and used various massage tools throughout. This time, he just kind of lightly scratched my scalp for 30 minutes straight? The facial portion was also much less relaxing, with super timid movements to put the product on my face. The "hand/arm" massage lasted about 10 seconds for each arm... it wasn't even a full minute of massage, even though that is advertised as part of the package (and I had ZERO neck/shoulder massage, which is also advertised). Overall it really felt like this was not a trained professional or was brand new and barely knew what they were doing. Also, since he almost never lifted my head to massage the scalp, by the end of it my head was hurting from laying on the plastic for 75 minutes straight. Finally, from the time I entered the massage room to the time I left it, I was in there for 75-minutes, yet I was charged for the full 90-minute service. Where did that other 15 minutes go?? Maybe they included the time I had my "scalp analysis" -- but that takes 2 minutes tops.... After this last experience I'm not sure if I will return, unfortunately =/

Quality of massages were great and professional. I booked a couples 2 hr. It was suppose to be $280 for the session, took out $320 in cash since they charge 4% fee for cards and I was asked to bring cash over the phone. I added a $5 add-on, and total came out to $288. So I gave them the $320, thinking $32 would be enough tip for the both of us. The actual masseuse stopped us when leaving and demanded more tip. She started pointing to a sign that they made, stating 20% tip minimum, and wanted $20 more. It was really rude and unprofessional, causing a scene in the lobby. Did not seem at all that tipping is optional in any way shape or form from the situation. I didn’t have more cash, so asked if they will take card for the tip, which they did, and of course charged the 4% processing fee. If tipping isn’t a suggestion, and is a requirement, add that to the base fee so there won’t be any issues. A note to someone coming here, the price is what is posted plus a minimum of 20% unless you want them to haggle and harass you for it.

A girl was having a badddddd day. It was a Friday and saw this place had Groupons. They do not accept groupons on Fridays. Only Monday through Thursday. Swerve the groupon away and asked for 1hr massage, 1 hr facial, and 1 hr headspa. I definitely left relaxed. The massage was amazing! It was a little intense near the shoulders for me but amazing past that. I left without shoulder pain! (had a bruise next day) The facial left me pampered and moisturized. The head spa was relaxing and I left with silky hair. There were some weird parts here and there but overall I had a good spa experience.

Beware! Will not honor previously purchased gift card or even a gift certificate. As an xmas present my daughter gifted me x2 groupons for this location, the manager would not honor it on a Sunday when nowhere in the fineprint does it state this. After a hassle and higher cost, my husband used his previously purchased gift card. The massages were OK with requested pressure, too much oil and the towels were piping hot. We're going to report them to groupon and see if we can get our money back. Save yourselves the displeasure go elsewhere. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!
