Ouray Hot Springs

The Ouray Hot Springs are truly the highlight of Ouray town, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and stunning scenery. Such a beautiful place to come relax or play in. With 5 or 6 different options for temperature pools it felt like luxury to soak here for a few hours after spending all day hiking trails around the beautiful mountains. Even though it was busy the pool were so big it never felt like people were in the way. It was also very reasonably priced, considering if you have ever been to the hotspings in gleenwood. They have slides, an 18+ older area, fun water toys, lane swimming, and several places to sit in chairs or on the grass. Not to mention how beautiful the views were. I would highly recommend coming here.

The stunning scenery surrounded by majestic snow-capped mountains is absolutely breathtaking. The hot spring admission is very reasonably priced—less than half the cost of other popular hot springs in Colorado. Although the slides and two pools were not operating during our visit, just soaking in the natural hot spring with such a beautiful backdrop was more than satisfying. I envy those who can enjoy this place every day. Locker use costs 50 cents, but you can also bring your personal items directly into the hot spring area. There's a hand dryer in the shower room where you can dry your hair as well.

We went during the winter, so I don't know how busy the summers are. A couple of the pools were closed, but there was plenty of room in the open ones. The women's rooms were very clean. I only wish they have a swim suit spinner to get some of the water out. The pools were spacious and comfortable. The customer service is impressive. They have fish food you can buy for cheap to feed the fish and turtles in the pond outside. I would definitely come back.

Very nice public spring. We visited during early May so there was notuch of crowd. There's one dollar fee ( 4 quarters) for the locker. Shower and changing area are very clean. Two hot pools (100 degrees and 106 degrees) and city water cold swimming pool were open. The fee is for multiple entry on the same day which is very convenient. You can get 180 degrees of great views of the mountain from the pool
