Dave at Scarritt Pools is absolutely fantastic. He’s been taking care of our pool since 2015, handling the opening and closing every year without fail. He also services our filter and heater, always making sure everything is running smoothly. Dave consistently has all the pool chemicals we need in stock, and he’s incredibly reliable and available whenever we need him. The staff at the store are wonderful too—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend Scarritt Pools more highly. Marc and Stacy DiVito

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst management I have ever seen. Just got a pool from them, had issues & they refused to come out & help. Just went to get water tested & they turned me away. They don’t care about their customers who have spent a ton of money. Not only a pool but also hot tub. Will never give them my business or recommend them to anyone. Not even to my enemy. So much for helping a small business.

Scarritt is a great company to deal with. The entire staff is very helpful. Dave is always a great help anytime I ran into issues, he always has great advice. His tech Colby was out to do some service and he too was great! Great communication, great service / staff, great people. Girls in the store were also a great help with my water treatment and chemicals needed!

AWESOME 1st experience with Team from Scarritt. They came out to service our Hot Tub purchased from another company and treated us as we had been a customer since day one. All went better than expected and they got the spa running like it was new again after a quick service visit - very happy and highly recommend!!!

A very very good experience. My spa dealer closed, and Scarrett was very accommodating in providing me service at my home in just 1 day. Had the replacement pump I needed for my spa, and replaced it easily. I would highly recommend them. They took a water sample and texted my back a professional water analysis.
