After looking at various hot-tubs online, I was set on getting one. I first went into a different local spa dealer, and found myself leaving with more questions than answers... I continued looking on social media and reading reviews on the different brands, but knew I wanted to see it in-person before I'd be willing to pull the trigger. After a few weeks I finally decided to Google more dealers in my area. I came across The Backyard Fun Store and was surprsed how close it was to me... just slightly tucked off a road I frequently travel yet never knew it was there. I arrived at the start of business hours and was promptly greeted by the co-owner (wife Eileen) that encouraged me to walk around their showroom and look at the hot-tubs they had on display. I was amazed, they had LOTS of spas, and various different brands... each tub had a spec sheet with features, measurements, and most importantly- pricing! (At the other dealer, I felt it was as if I was buying a car, where I was being asked "well how much do you want to spend" when trying to get an idea of pricing on the different models) After a few laps on their HUGE showroom, I was able to quickly narrow down which ones I was interested in... Eileen (co-owner) and sales associate were then right there to answer all questions... and I had a lot of questions! But what made me most impressed was that they never made me feel any pressure, it was more as if they wanted to make sure to give me all the information and let me make a decision that would leave me the most satisfied. I ultimately took a few pics on my phone and did some more research at home. A week later I went back in and explained what I was most leaning towards... and still no sales pressure, they're were just cool, down-to-earth people that took pride in how they do business. I was totally impressed and by the time I left, I knew which brand and model was the best fit for what I wanted. A few days later, I went back in prepared to make my purchase. Again the energy was awesome, they knew my name and remembered everything we talked about on my previous visits. I ended up going with a Bullfrog brand spa... it was huge, and concerned about the delivery and set up, given the fixed pergola it was going under. Bob (husband, co-owner) stopped out prior to taking any payment to look over where the tub would be installed... He was very knowledgeable and thought about things I never would have about making it all work. I received delivery the following week (as I was already busy with my own work schedule)... and the delivery and install was 100% professional grade! They even had a crane they used to lift this massive 800lb hot-tub over the back corner of my house! Start to finish was a white-glove installation, ensuring nothing got damaged, scratched, and was positioned exactly how I wanted. In closing, I'm def not the easiest customer... I ask a lot of direct questions, have high expectations, and want the best deal.... The Backyard Fun Store did all that, and then some!! I'm beyond grateful that I learned of this store and for the awesome staff they have. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business!! Thanks guys! -Mark

We were so happy with our experience purchasing and having our hot tub delivered. A large purchase like this when you don’t know a lot about a lot can be stressful but the guys at the BYFS made it stress free and easy. I was told to make sure, when you buy a hot tub, to REALLY research the dealer, how they sell and if/how they stand by their product. All previous reviews of them really checked out. Pressure free and informative shopping in-store, and excellent, friendly communication up to and during delivery. Love that they include delivery with their really amazing crane thing plus of course a cover, cover lifter, stairs and starter chemicals. They were happy to help educate this hot tub newbie too on do’s and don’t’s Now I have not even set up my hot tub yet, but the owner told me that should we have ANY problems, their site is set up with a chat function that connects to his and his wife’s cell phones and they are happy to help through the weekend even though they’re closed Sunday. That’s service! Thanks guys for making our hot tub dreams come true!

We were exploring the purchase of a hot tub and were fortunate enough to find the Backyeard Fun Store. This family business cares about their customers and meeting their needs. They spent hours educating us and answering emails as we continued to explore the best fit. They offered pressure-free service, honest pros and cons and a relaxed environment. This is the only place I visited that I trusted would deliver excellent service. We ordered our tub and can’t wait for our patio to be done so we can enjoy. If you are considering a purchase visit Bob and Eileen first and make it your last. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the place to learn about and eventually purchase a hot tub when you're in the market. From start to finish the team at BYFS will make the transaction smooth and informative. Bob and Eileen (owners) are the absolute best, with a strong supporting team including Tim, Seth, John and Kelly! Cannot recommend them highly enough for the pre-sale and post-sale support. Pictures included of the install performed by Seth and Bob of my VitaSpa 500 series tub. They navigated the Equipter through a very tight entrance to my backyard and safely on the awaiting pad. We could not have been more happier Going with The backyard Fun store it was our first time ever buying a Jacuzzi/spa and Bob and Eileen could not have been more helpful. They made It looks so easy if we had questions they were there and they helped us out immediately if you’re ever looking for a spa/Jacuzzi to unwind at the end of the day don’t go any further you’ve worked this hard to get where you’re at so why not enjoy it Bob and Eileen won’t steer you wrong.
