Balance House is hands down one of the best contrast therapy spaces I’ve experienced. With three separate saunas, three separate cold plunge areas, and red light therapy, everything here is top-tier—but what truly sets this place apart is the experience. The staff is incredible—always welcoming, attentive, and more than accommodating. The space itself is thoughtfully designed with three showers, three bathrooms, lockers for your belongings, filtered water stations, and plenty of room to move comfortably without ever feeling crowded. And then there’s the coffee shop… an absolute bonus. Some of the best hot and cold drinks around—from excellent coffee to my personal favorite, the golden latte (turmeric, whey protein, and grass-fed milk). It’s the perfect way to finish a session. If you’re serious about recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness, this place is a must. Contrast therapy done right

Balance House is truly a wellness sanctuary in St. Pete. Beyond the beautiful interiors, the sauna and cold plunge experience is what makes it next level. The space feels clean, calm, and intentionally designed - you can take your time moving between heat and cold, reset your nervous system, and genuinely feel the benefits afterward. It’s the perfect ritual after a workout (or honestly, on its own). The cafe is such an added bonus. Thoughtfully curated drinks, a cozy but elevated vibe, and the kind of space you actually want to linger in. It turns a quick session into a full experience - reset, recovery, connection. It’s rare to find a place that combines fitness, recovery, and community so seamlessly. Balance House has nailed it!

I absolutely loved my experience at Balance House Studio. I did the cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy, and I left feeling so clear-headed and energized. The space itself is beautiful — super clean, calm, and really intentional in how it’s set up. You can tell they care about creating a good vibe. After my session, I stopped by the café next door and tried their adaptogenic mushroom matcha latte (highly recommend — it was amazing) and even ended up chatting with a few new friends. The whole experience just felt grounding and refreshing in the best way. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to whenever I need to find my balance 💫✨🪽🙏🏻

BEST sauna & cold plunge spot in all of St. Pete! A friend brought me to Balance House and I was blown away! I was met by an incredibly friendly staff, given a tour of the incredible facility, and enjoyed a hot sauna, cold tub, and some red light therapy to finish! What’s most important for me when going to the sauna or any spa is cleanliness. I get grossed out easily if places are grimy. Balance House is super clean! Also, bonus points they have a sweet cafe connected to the sauna & cold plunge spot! I was able to knock out some work after a relaxing sauna session. 10/10 recommending to all friends and family! (Already brought my mom!!!)

Balance House does it better than any other recovery studio in St. Pete! Jon is a fantastic business owner and did a wonderful job designing a beautiful studio that is not only equipped with everything needed to optimize recovery but is also designed with a flawless ambiance that keeps the mind at ease. As a personal trainer I always recommend Balance House to my clients looking to increase their recovery and feel refreshed. And they just opened an attached coffee shop! Excited to see what is next!
