I had my annual facial today with Shawna, and I genuinely cannot hype her up enough. She is on another level. From the moment I sat down, she was dialed in. Every step was intentional, every product had a purpose, and she did not miss a single detail. I have had a lot of facials over the years as part of my end-of-year reset, but this one was easily the best. Her technique is clean, controlled, and incredibly precise. You can tell she actually cares about the craft and not just the service. By the time she was done, I felt completely reset. Relaxed, rejuvenated, clear-headed, and honestly looking way better walking out than I did walking in. My skin felt amazing, and the entire experience just hit differently this year. If you are on the fence about getting a facial, especially the guys, go see Shawna. One session with her and you will understand why I make this a yearly ritual. She is the real deal.

I worked with Shana and she was amazing—very professional, gentle, and friendly. I loved my eyebrows and didn’t experience any tearing at all, which was a big plus for me! Keep trying this place but not again. I got the worst manicure of my adult life. Brow wax wasn’t much better. She kept applying wax over the same areas. My eyelids had scabs the next morning. I don’t like to post negative reviews but the owner never returned my call. This place is the most expensive spa in town and I wouldn’t mind if the services were of equal value.

Took my 85-year-old dad here for a mani/pedi, and it was awesome. Shawna and Irena were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. And the products they used on us were non-toxic and unscented, which was such a pleasant surprise! Truly could not have had a more lovely experience. Thank you!!

For a first experience, my facial at Bella Reina was amazing! Nancy Reagan, I believe her name was, was highly skilled, very professional, and a truly gifted aesthetician. She may spoil you for anyone else offering facials! If we could have a facial once a week, what a better world it would be.
