✨ Such an Amazing Experience at City Cave Spa ✨ My partner and I did the couples experience at City Cave and it was absolutely divine. We started with a couples massage — deeply relaxing, perfectly customized, and exactly what we needed. Then we moved into the infrared sauna, which felt incredibly detoxifying and rejuvenating. We ended with the float therapy, and that was pure magic — total weightlessness and complete mental reset. The space is beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful. The entire experience felt intentional and luxurious from start to finish. We left feeling renewed, lighter, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend! 🌿

I had an amazing experience at City Cave Flagler Village. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calming and welcoming. The space is clean, relaxing, and very well organized. Laura at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She explained everything in detail, made sure I understood the process, and was extremely attentive throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking to reset and detox your body from everyday stress, this is the place. Highly recommend this location if you want a relaxing and professional experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I received deep healing during my visit at City Cave Float in Fort Lauderdale and left feeling nourished. The woman at the front desk made it feel like a home and had the perfect amount of attentiveness. I purchased the sauna + float and the intro massage. For the massage I was paired with Frances (female). THAT massage was by far the best massage I have ever received. I’m extremely grateful that people like her are in this field because you can tell how potent her passion is for helping people heal in this way. She is truly gifted and masterful. My heart is thankful and full.

My first visit was amazing! When I arrived I was met with a friendly smile. The waiting room was beautifully relaxing and they had a separate room to freshen up after with mirror, lighting and hair supplies. Jaime did my Swedish massage with aroma therapy and helped relieve the tensions in my neck shoulders and back. At the end he explained where tightness was and why, and made future recommendations for overall improvement. He was very knowledgeable and polite. And the price was comparable to other locations. I will be returning for my next massage!

As soon as we stepped foot into City Cave it was ultimate relaxation ! The attention was wonderful by Laura she made us feel like if we were the only people there. She was so knowledgeable with everything about our float therapy. It was our first one together as a couple doing it and it was beautiful honestly . I highly recommend to float with your couple ! My bf was having knee problems and after the session he felt no more pain. There’s even a relaxing room where you can continue winding down before you leave. I absolutely loved it !
