Amazing deep tissue massage. Would come back if I had a deal from Groupon again. I do agree with other comments that the amenities are very much on the basic side in comparison to other spas I’ve been to. It’s really only the sauna, and I think the relaxation lounge should definitely be spruced up a bit with some relaxing music and more drink/snack options (they do offer water and tea, but coffee/fruit would be a great touch I’ve seen at other spas). Parking is usually validated at hotels if you’re using the spa services, but is not validated here (I used the parking garage a 3 min walk away for $8 for 2 hours instead of the $20 valet for 3 hours). Overall good but a few things could just be enhanced.

Unprofessional and Poor Quality Service I went to Emma Spa on October 19 while visiting Florida and paid $240 for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Within four days, the polish started lifting , something that should never happen with gel polish. When I called to request a fix or partial refund, the manager was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me. I tried to reach them again, but my calls went straight to voicemail. This was a terrible experience was not worth the money or frustration. I would not recommend this spa to anyone who expects professional service or respect as a customer.

Wow what better way to spend my last night in Miami! Romana & Michelle are the absolute best! Both were not only professional but exuded such a warm presence and beyond welcoming! My experience was even better than I had hope for. Not only was the spa top quality and immaculate it was completely relaxing, exactly what I was looking for! My “emena” massage was just wonderful, most definitely worth it! Michelle is the best out there! Her attentiveness and lovely nature is one of a kind! Thank you Romana & Michelle for a memorable massage/spa blessing! Book now, you won’t be disappointed!

Ripoff. Mediocre massage that was more like soft skin stroking. Paid almost 500 on groupon, but they told me i had to pay a mandatory tip that was based on the original price, which was around 800. So $130 just in tips, and then they told me they could not validate my parking, so i still had to pay for that too. Never ever again. Avoid! Oh, and getting an appointment was a headache. The attitude of the front desk girl was already second-guessing myself if I really wanted to visit this establishment. Unfortunately, i couldn't get a refund at that point.

Had a girls day and it was a wonderful experience. Location is on the beautiful beach and the views are out of this world. This included a beautiful robe and spa slippers along with use of very clean showers and a coal heated sauna. 50 min deep tissue massage with Daniel was euphoric! If you're looking for someone who understands how to relieve tension and knows pressure points and lymphatic drainage then he's your man. Already scheduled my next massage. Thank you for an excellent experience.
