Florida Hot Tubs & More

In our search for a Hot tub we visited Florida Hot Tubs & More first and then other stores. We ended up purchasing a Bull Frog from them after looking at many other models. We felt like they were so knowledgeable and really took the time to educate us as this was our first hot tub purchase. We actually came back twice. We never felt pressure to make a purchase and now that we have our tub are very satisfied. They helped with all parts of the process and have continued to check in to make sure we are enjoying it and to answer any further questions. It is so relaxing and we use it almost every day. No issues so far and chemicals have been easy to balance with their instruction. This was what we were most afraid of being able to do. Super happy and would recommend them to everyone.

Great selection of tubs, never felt being pushed on buying a specific brand or style. Dan had multiple choices of hot tubs based on our needs and what we were looking for. Delivery was very quick and the staff was very professional. Overall a great experience!! And to top it off we just received a thank you card in the mail from the store!! Highly recommended!!

It is with great pleasure I highly recommend buying your hot tub from Florida Hot Tubs and more. Dan is great to work with. I needed a hot tub to help with chronic low back and arthritis pain and Dan was able to help with showing me how to eliminate sales tax because of it! The tub arrived the next day with an expert to install it and teach me how to use the touchscreen to keep it operating perfectly. He has excellent financing options and even if you already own a hot tub you can get supplies there far below the cost of anywhere I have seen. Need or just plain want a hot tub? Dan was great. He helped us and walked us through all the all the options and he listened to what we wanted great place to do business help just keep the expense down which was great! They delivered and explained how to run and operate showed us how to check the water gave us a month worth of samples. Dan was absolutely amazing. We paid for the tub and he held on to it for us until our pool deck and pool were complete. He and his family run a great business and the hot tub is phenomenal. My bad back has loved it every evening. The installer was also great. Chris Jones is very knowledgeable and was super helpful with explaining everything to this first time hot tub owner. I definitely recommend this company.
