I’ve been receiving aesthetic and skin treatments for well over 10 years, and I can honestly say this is the first spa where I truly feel that recommendations are made based on my goals, not cost or upselling. Every treatment plan is thoughtful, personalized, and centered around what’s best for me and the results I want. The entire team is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I travel constantly and am forever shifting appointments around, and they never make me feel like an inconvenience. They are always helpful, flexible, and genuinely welcoming. Today was a perfect example. I stopped in with a quick concern after a CoolPeel treatment. Even though Raeanne (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!) wasn’t there, the entire team immediately stepped in, checked on me, and made sure I felt taken care of. They have an incredible way of making you feel like the most important person in the room every single time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Raeanne. She truly listens, she cares deeply about my goals, and she takes exceptional care in everything she does. I’m admittedly a bit of a baby despite all the treatments I’ve had, and she is always patient, reassuring, and incredibly attentive. She understands my desire for a natural, youthful look and approaches every treatment with intention and precision. This spa is a phenomenal group of professionals who genuinely care about their clients. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for expertise, kindness, and truly personalized care.

Raelynn is a joy, she just makes you want to come back just to see her! I am in my 50s and I just started combating my wrinkles a few months ago. I went to 3 spas to see which I felt most comfortable in and Florida Lakes Spa definitely stood out from the other 2. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is kind, always smiling and helpful with questions (and I had a lot). I had microneedling first, it was nice and I think my skin feels a bit better. I don’t remember the gals name but she was great! Then I have seen Raelynn (sp) for a few other treatments. She listened to what I wanted, adjusts when needed, she’s such a sweet, smart young lady. I really wanted my skin to look younger but I didn’t want to look like I had anything done. Just natural and healthy skin, ten years younger (still working on that goal😂) she has so much knowledge and really does her job well. This was my first facial with Tammy and she did an incredible job. She was warm and welcoming while asking a couple of questions to make sure she attended to all my facial needs. The best facial I've ever had! Sydney was incredible - so professional, kind and provided such a relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff were also lovely and it was a beautiful clinic.
