I really appreciated the opportunity of the “wet test” where we wore bathing suits and went into 2 different hot tubs to test them out. We were a little concerned that we weren’t testing in the tub we were buying but Marissa was correct, the jet strength was the same in both models. Marisa was fabulous through the process and kept in touch via texts/calls. Highly recommend if you are shopping for a hot tub. A special thanks to LUIS! After months of not able to use my hot tub because of an apparent motor issue, I am finally back to my jacuzzi because of Luis. He made five trips to my house fighting to get what’s right for the customer.

Thanks to Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Miami! I have a customer who called about about an error message on her spa, and upon arrival found it was necessary to have a service tech to come check out. With only a phone call to the office, Marisa got me in touch with their service tech Adam Glanzman. Despite not being scheduled, he was in the relative vicinity and went out of his way for a quick check. He ended up draining, replacing a bad sensor, refilling any rebalancing the spa on the spot! SUPER FAST, EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thanks very much for keeping my maintenance customer happy!!!

The technician, Luis, was extremely responsive. He quickly came to the house to inspect the circulation pump which was not working. He explored several alternatives before having to replace the pump. However, the pump was defective. He quickly arranged for a new one, which has been installed and is working properly. We are extremely pleased by the service we received. We will certainly go to Luxe and Luis for any future needs with our jacuzzi hot tub. Luis is the type of individual who makes a customer loyal to whomever employs him.

We bought a beautiful brand new Jacuzzi Hot tub from Luxe Outdoor Living just a few months ago and we absolutely love it! There is no better way to spoil yourself to relax and unwind with amazing hydrotherapy. Catherine and Merisa were very knowledgeable of the product, very helpful, professional and pleasant. And Adam, their Jacuzzi technician, was super helpful across the board, with a great new user orientation of the jacuzzi and how to maintain it. I highly recommend the company and the Jacuzzi brand.

Adam was our service tech and he made special accommodations to show up Saturday morning as this was the day of our sons birthday party and we hoped to showcase our hot tub for the party. Adam was earlier than the arranged time which helped the water hit perfect temp for party time. He also offered additional advice on the current chemicals I was using and I can say we have seen a difference for the better. Will contact him again with any issues.
