We went for a couples massage, and from start to finish the experience was truly exceptional. I felt very comfortable bringing my boyfriend—the level of respect, professionalism, and care shown toward him and toward us as a couple was outstanding. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire time. The hammam steam room is incredible, and the relaxation room is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The tea they served was delicious and added a lovely, calming touch. The entire space genuinely invites you to slow down and relax. I honestly wish we had stayed longer to visit the meditation room afterward, because everything about the place puts you in a deep state of calm. My massage therapist, Viviana, was amazing—extremely professional, kind, and attentive. Even though it was Christmas and they were close to closing, they treated us with so much care, never rushed us, and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. Before the massage, they asked detailed questions to understand exactly which areas we wanted to focus on, which made a huge difference. The massage itself was excellent. I also loved the attention to detail in the women’s changing room, which had body lotion, combs, and thoughtful amenities that made the experience feel elevated and luxurious. After the spa, we went upstairs to enjoy the rooftop pool and terrace, which was such a beautiful way to end the day. You can see the ocean from the pool, and while it was a bit cool outside, the pool is heated. If it had been warmer or earlier in the day, we definitely would have stayed longer enjoying the water and the view. Regarding pricing, we paid around $350 including service charge, which felt completely fair for the level of service and overall experience. We found a Groupon deal, and while I’m not usually used to paying that much for a massage, it was absolutely worth it. This is not just a massage—it’s a full, high-quality experience. I truly recommend this place and would 100% return.

K’Alma Spa at the Hotel Victor is hands down the best spa in Miami Beach. Right on Ocean Drive and steps from the sand, it’s the perfect escape from the rush of South Beach. I booked a spa package with a massage and facial, and both were incredible – professional, relaxing, and completely personalized. I loved that they gave you socks at the spa instead of those tiny sandals. The couples massage rooms are stunning, which makes it an amazing choice for romantic getaways or anyone looking for a true South Beach spa experience. The atmosphere feels peaceful from the moment you walk in, the staff is exceptional, and every treatment feels luxury level. Amenities include a relaxation lounge with swings, a steam room, a Hammam, and a Meditation Room, which makes the entire experience even more special. If you’re searching for a hotel spa in South Beach or a relaxing day spa near the beach, this is the one. Truly a standout compared to the typical cookie cutter spas. Highly recommend their spa membership which is super well priced.

I wanted to share a bad experience I had last week - I booked a massage at 9am and when I arrived at the reception first there was nobody - then the receptionist arrived and made me pay upfront for my massage that didn’t even started - nevermind she showed me the facilities to get changed but didn’t gave me any instructions to come back to the main area - so I waited that someone come to pick me up - like it is in most spa and I did quit a few in Miami. I waited a solid 20 -25 min maybe a bit more and then the receptionist came and told me I was loosing some time of treatment and I explain to her I didn’t know I thought someone would come to pick me up. I then said but how about the time of my treatment and she said don’t worry … I got 30 min treatment I paid for 50 min - which is not fair - I get that we had a misunderstanding that she didn’t gave me the information but why not giving me another appointment instead ? Utterly disappointed and of course no apologies - I won’t come back to this place.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at this spa. The massage was incredibly relaxing, highly professional, and without a doubt one of the best we have ever had. The therapists were skilled, attentive, and clearly very experienced, creating a treatment that felt perfectly tailored and deeply restorative. The entire place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a calm, peaceful atmosphere that immediately made us feel relaxed. Every detail felt well thought out, from the soothing ambiance to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hostess was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and kind, making us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. Her hospitality added a personal and special touch to the whole experience. This spa truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

Positively surprised by the service and experience! I tend to get uncomfortable very easily, but the team here was very understanding and calm, which made it easier for me to feel welcome. The perfect environment to truly relax. I'm sure they have quite some guests per day, and somehow in such spacious place, they managed to make me feel like I was there by myself (which is a huge plus if you're trying to relax) There are lots of after-care products such as makeup remover and cotton rounds, disposable hair brushes, q-tips, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, even a self-made lavender hand scrub. Truly one of the best experiences I've had.
