Was not impressed at all with the service I received. After calling numerous times to make an appointment unsuccessfully, I finally get through, make the appointment and get there only to not be able to find the place. Called them to get help and received bad instructions and when I finally get there 15 minutes after my appointment I see that I was in the right place had I only received correct directions…. The facial was something I could have done myself…. I’ve had many in the past but never with plastic gloves on and in using the same sponge/towel from my arms onto my face. I didn’t enjoy the experience however the person giving me service was pleasant. Just didn’t feel professional to me. Was never even offered a bottle of water.

Oh wow…where do I start!? Andrea and Aubrey have HEALING hands!!! I shop around monthly for different spas, and this is the place I’ve been looking for! The massage is absolutely phenomenal. From the peaceful environment, warm personalities, down to their massage technique (which differs from the majority) — this place is perfect. I came here for my birthday, and did a couples massage with my husband. He even stated that this is the top massage for him. We live in California, and I promise you I will be back every chance I get that we’re back in town! Thank you both so so much — you two are amazing.

I’ve been going to Lakeside Massage & Spa every week for a little over of a month now and I have to say I’m going to miss being so pampered! Andrea, the owner, has absolute beautiful energy and healing hands! I got a package of 10 sessions for lymphatic drainage massage after my surgery. I’m so happy to have picked this place after looking at so many other spots. They are beyond caring, kind, and professional. I have seen great results so far with the massages I’ve gotten and plan to come back for some maintenance massages as well as cavitation in the near future. Thank you so much Andrea!

From the ease of booking my appointment to the professionalism of each treatment, I’m always impressed but not surprised. I particularly enjoy the variety of services I’ve received, facials, massages, and wood therapy massage. All which I love! I want to give a special mention to Andrea. I've been coming here since November. I had a couple of facials which were very relaxing and soothing. I signed up for body contouring. I started seeing results after a couple of treatments. I'm on my second series of treatments and am very pleased with the results and the service. This Is a very relaxing and personable place. The staff is friendly and know you by name. The owner is hands on and makes me feel relaxed as soon as I walk in. I usually nap to to the soft sounds of music and the relaxing treatment takes place. Very pleased I found this place. M
