The first time I came here I had an amazing experience so much that I tipped 50% of my massage total. I told the young lady I would be back and unfortunately when I decided to come back the original lady who did my first massage wasn’t there so I had to get someone else which was no problem. I had an 830 appointment set and it’s soon as I got there. The lady was saying that they were busy did I just want to do a 30 massage even though I drove half an hour to get an hour massage I told her no that I had already called ahead of time and wanted to do an hour massage she said OK could I wait 10 minutes so I’m waiting in the room. The lady comes in to do my massage before she starts. She asked me does. I pay I tell her no because no one has started on my massage. She starts on my massage. I’ve had to ask her more than twice. Could she use oil because the massage was very rough and awkward without oil and then she stopped 10 minutes early. I set an alarm on my phone the moment she started to ensure that I was getting the four hour massage that I paid for The second experience really ruined it for me, especially being how good the first one was.

First of all, the massages for my friend and I were fine. We didn’t have any issues booking and during the process itself. However, we were informed upon arrival it would be cash only payment and we were lucky my friend had enough to cover it. It’s payment first, then massage. Now, after the massage was finished and we were ready to leave, they asked us to tip them. Not just a simple question but straight up begging. We didn’t have much cash left and they kept demanding more and making sad faces, asking for $20 more and so on. That made us extremely uncomfortable as we have never experienced that anywhere. We felt bad and gave them as much as we could but I don’t think we’ll be returning after that. The begging and pushing for tip is quite manipulative and not okay to do to your customers.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. The woman was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. She charged me over $120 for what was supposed to be a 1-hour massage, yet she spent most of the time on her phone and ended the session in less than 50 minutes. A complete rip-off. The attitude was rude, the service was unacceptable, and the entire experience felt like theft. If you value your time, money, or even basic respect, avoid this place at all costs. To make it even worse, she used no oil at all completely dry, and it was clear she had no skills or proper training. My skin on my back is sore from the dry friction she caused. If you want a massage that’s actually worth what you pay, this is absolutely not the place to go.

Recommended by a friend, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The therapist's technique was professional, accurately locating my strained pressure points. The massage was comfortable and relieving; my neck felt instantly less stiff. The service was also incredibly attentive and friendly throughout. I'll definitely bring my colleagues here next time!

My recent visit to MILA massage spa exceeded my every expectation. The therapist who treated my problematic neck was exceptional, highly skilled, and friendly. I regularly suffer from neck pain but left the spa relaxed and pain free. I am pain free two days later. I fully intend to return and will recommend MILA to my friends.
