Overall Experience The studio delivers an exceptional balance of luxury and accessibility. Every detail—from the check-in process to the post-session environment—reflects thoughtful planning and a strong commitment to client well-being. The experience is seamless, relaxing, and highly effective. Staff and Service Quality The staff deserves special recognition. Every interaction was courteous, attentive, and professional. The team demonstrates not only technical competence but also genuine care for the client experience. They are welcoming without being intrusive, informative without being overwhelming, and consistently attentive to comfort and needs. Service quality was flawless on both visits. Facilities and Cleanliness The facilities are immaculate. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, and it shows in every area—from the sauna rooms to the showers and common spaces. The environment feels safe, modern, and meticulously maintained, which significantly enhances the overall experience. Sauna Sessions and Timing Recommendation The infrared sauna sessions were deeply relaxing and effective. Based on my visits, I strongly recommend the 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM time slots. These evening sessions offer a particularly tranquil atmosphere, ideal for decompressing after the day and achieving both physical relaxation and mental clarity. I can’t say enough good things about Perspire Sauna! Every visit feels like a total reset for my mind and body. The moment I step into the studio, I’m welcomed by a calming, clean, and peaceful environment and pleasant staff that immediately sets the tone for relaxation. The infrared sauna sessions are an absolute game changer. Not only do they help me detox and sweat out all the stress and toxins from the day, but I always leave feeling completely refreshed and recharged. After sitting at a desk all day, my muscles are stiff and tense — but after a session at Perspire, I feel like a brand new person. My muscles are relaxed, my mind is clear, and I feel lighter, both physically and mentally. It’s become one of my favorite self-care rituals and something I look forward to every week. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, destress, and give your body the recovery it deserves, I can’t recommend Perspire Sauna enough. You’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in — every single time.

Perspire's sauna experience includes towels, multiple infrared light options (red, blue, orange, green, purple, and yellow), beverage options, & a TV with speakers in the sauna. The member perks include a more spacious room with a shower after your sauna session. The sauna experience is approximately 40 minutes. I love how it is PRIVATE, and I can watch or listen to whatever I like during my session. I watched anime the whole time during my sauna session! The infrared lights can be changed to your preference. I tried all the colors for different rewarding effects on my body. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed my session in complete bliss! The sauna fit just right for me (5'3). They might be a bit small for you if you are a taller (6'4 and above) person. I believe the membership saunas are bigger although I can't verify this. Location: Nice area. Near other businesses for dining options or groceries Parking: Plenty of free parking in their lot.

I have no complaint about the product or the Young ladies that work there especially Jordan tried to advise me on making the best out of my Situation . Read what you sign because I did not pay much attention to the losing what I paid for after 90 days. Life happened , I had to Travel out of Country , I got Sick but I still had my membership fee coming out and I thought I can use my Sessions later , but I lost $100‘s of Dollars I spent on the Sessions, that expired after 90 days and nobody meets you half way . I would not recommend a membership at this Facility . There Are plenty facilities like it that are more flexible and offer better Services.

I loved the nice clean environment. I enjoyed watching TV. I fell asleep and the time just flew by. I was able to regulate the temperature, and it didn’t get too hot for me. I felt very good afterwards, renewed and energized. The facility is modern and clean, and the atmosphere is serene. I felt safe and comfortable. The receptionist was very professional and helped me. She explained everything and when she showed me the member’s room that sealed the deal.
