Just visited Plunsana for the first time and I loved it! I spent 20 mins in sauna and 20 min red light and walked out feeling physically and mentally recharged. Highly recommend checking this place out . Great customer service by Jaeden too ;).
Did the 60 mins sports recovery was a great experience they give you needed guidance with instructions you can follow but let you go on your own journey, no pressure or stress.
Attention to detail only comes from entrepreneurs who care. Genuinely care. Thanks to the owners for creating a place for healing and being! Well done.
Awesome spot. Very peaceful and has everything you need for contrast therapy, workouts, red lights, relaxation. Cali was very kind and helpful!
