I had an absolutely excellent experience at Pure Life Wellness. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Tyler took the time to explain each service and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit, which made the entire experience feel very personalized and intentional. I tried the red light therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and compression therapy, and every treatment felt thoughtfully curated for both relaxation and recovery. I left feeling refreshed, restored, and energized! This was the perfect balance of wellness and self-care. What truly stood out was how attentive and supportive Tyler was. You can tell he truly cares about his clients’ well-being, not just providing a service. I highly recommend Pure Life Wellness to anyone looking for a holistic, rejuvenating experience. LOVED! I had an amazing experience at Pure Life! The facility was spotless and had such a calming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The highlight for me was definitely the sauna and cold plunge combo — it was the perfect recovery session. You can tell the owner really cares about keeping everything top-notch. I got the month membership and am very excited to take advantage of all of these things because I train very often and my body is always very sore. Whether you’re looking to relax, recover, or just treat yourself, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I moved to Tally in July and this is the only place in town that I could find with a red light therapy bed. Tyler and his crew are awesome. I’ve been doing red light therapy consistently for 4 years and it’s helped me recover from 2 c-sections. I’ve also noticed that it helps with my chronic neck, jaw and stiffness caused by TMJ.

So glad my daughter introduced me to this place! It was a Christmas present and I enjoyed it so much I signed up for more visits (very affordable). I had the best experience at this amazing establishment! My sister and I did the Purelife Protocol and I 10000% recommend for anyone needing a reset of their mind and body. And the service me received from the moment we entered until we departed was 10/10! This is a hidden gem for sure
