Salt Room Winter Haven

!!! terrible experience !!! - oh wait there was no experience - read on - booked a 330p appointment with debbie so i was excited since id read lots a great reviews for her - i was asked to arrive a bit early to complete forms since this was my first visit - when i arrived i was told debbie was not available so i was assigned another therapist - i was disappointed but no biggy - 330p came and went - at 340p i was told my therapist was running a little late but it would only be another 10 minutes or so - at 355p i was told my therapist would not be showing up and that i would need to reschedule- wait what????? - the front desk did apologize but between drive time and wait time i wasted 75 minutes of my life that im unable to get back for someone who could not be bothered to show up or even let me know that they were not available until they were already 25 minutes late - i will not be back - sooooo disappointing and unacceptable

Every single time I go for a facial or salt session I am blown away by the fantastic customer service and care from the owners and employees of the Salt Room Winter Haven. The facility is super clean. They are always rotating out their retail spa items with fun new items to browse. You wouldn’t think of it as a great spot to pick up a quick gift, but it is! The skin care line is excellent! If you love supporting small family-owned businesses, this is truly a hidden treasure of Winter Haven.

My massages at the Salt Room Winter Haven are excellent, which is hard to come by these days. I return for a halo deep tissue with Debbie because she is just a wonderful, wise, and a caring masseuse who listens to your needs and executes them with great care. If I'm going in for a deep tissue massage, I want a deep tissue massage with good pressure. I want to feel my massage and get my tightness and knots cured. Debbie goes above and beyond. She is my favorite, and I 100% recommend her.

I enjoyed my halo deep tissue massage 💆♀️ 😌 as soon as you step in it's tranquility peaceful the smell invites you in it calmed me. The massage technician was amazing she was kind and attentive. The help massage is worth every dollar it opens up your sinuses. The room is relaxing and the massage was so peaceful. I didn't wanna leave ☺️ even the bathroom is peaceful lol....when I checked out I was given a sherbet spoonful taste. I will definitely be coming back and recommending.

I had an incredible experience with my massage therapist at the Salt Room. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. Karen was not only professional and skilled but also took the time to understand my needs and areas of tension.
