I was expecting a small gathering with the Naples Girls Walk Club, but to my surprise, I walked into a massive, incredibly well-organized event — and it was absolutely amazing! The vibe was positive, welcoming, and full of like-minded, open-minded people I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert and Gwen — both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just genuinely good humans. The staff was top-tier professional, and the photographer captured the energy perfectly. Shout-out to Mik, the event guide — what a great guy, full of energy and good vibes. The atmosphere overall was uplifting, warm, and deeply rejuvenating. The location is perfect, the equipment is high-quality and thoughtfully arranged, and everything felt very intentional and well-executed. I left feeling inspired and deeply refreshed. What a beautiful way to start the day. Well done, Sauna House team!

What a wonderful experience! The spa was impeccably clean, beautifully organized, and had such a calming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. We were warmly greeted by a young gentleman who thoroughly explained the Sauna House process to our group. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable. The experience itself was both deeply relaxing and pleasantly challenging! Staying in the cold plunge pools for the full three minutes was no small feat—but the incredible, invigorating feeling afterward made it completely worth it. I highly recommend giving Sauna House a try. It’s a refreshing and rejuvenating experience you won’t regret!

They do a fantastic job ... easy to get into the routine of the place, both for seasoned sauna-goers (and cold plungers) or those just trying it for the first time. The crowd is eclectic and generally super friendly. Also clean. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The only criticism is that on one visit, the sauna was ~170 (or lower) by feel, rather than 185, and the cold plunges can vary slightly in temperature, but a minor quibble (temperature is more constant than other saunas I've found).

Can’t recommend sauna house enough. Everyone on the staff is awesome Jake the manager makes sure everything is running top notch. Absolutely amazing relaxing time in the sauna and cold plunge and is a perfect reset. The whole space is designed thoughtfully for relaxation and staff keeps it spotless. Couldn’t reccomend enough. Also memberships are awesome and provide great value for repeat clients.

It was nice and clean but no sauna vibe, no wood anywhere and no warm feeling that wood brings. You need to walk on the concrete-its industrial style. As wonderful as the heated chairs are, truly amazing, they are not comfortable and there is nowhere to lay down and relax. But sauna is finnish which is wonderful.
