SOAK Spa at the Bleu beach resort

Myself and two girlfriends recently spent a day at the spa and were very disappointed. It is very small. One bathroom and one shower. The steam room and sauna can each fit about 3 people at a time. There were 6 lockers. The size wouldn't have been an issue if they didn't have more than 6 people in there at a time. We all had massages and they were just ok. One of the girls did the add on scalp treatment but did not feel it was actually given. It should have added 15-20 mins to the treatment time and was supposed to include an oil scalp massage but she came out at the same time as us and did not have oil in her hair at all. We then had lunch at the spa. You can order from the resorts bar across the street and they bring it to you. My chicken kebobs had a few raw pieces on the bottom of one of the skewers. Since I had already eaten one skewer and most of the second before finding the raw pieces I was full and just didn't finish the rest. Myself and the other girl both had the headspa and facial which neither of us had before so did not know what to expect exactly and during mine I was told the headspa machines halo thing was not working so she asked if I wanted the facial to be longer and more in depth or if I wanted to come back another time when the machine was working. I decided to extend the facial as it did not make sense to come back as I don't live in the area. When I was done I compared notes with my friend that had the same treatment and nothing different was done and it did not take longer than hers. She wasn't told the halo thing wasn't working but does not think it was as she never saw or felt the halo water fall during the treatment. We have also both had facials before and this was the worst we have both had. My face felt very greasy and sticky afterwards that I had to wash it almost immediately with my own products. My friend had a terrible breakout the next morning which never happens. When we were checking out I did tell all this to the lady at the front desk and she was super apologetic and said she would have her manager call me but no one has and it has been a week and half since we went. The prices are pretty fair in comparison to other spas but the services were so bad it wasn't even worth the cheaper prices. I also think they need to do better with overbooking as the space gets too crowded. Has potential but needs work.
What a wonderful spa experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean, peaceful, and creates the perfect relaxing atmosphere. Gabriella is an exceptional massage therapist! She made me feel completely at ease and was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at her craft. The massage itself was wonderful - she had great technique and really knew how to address areas of tension. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I also had an absolutely wonderful facial with Savannah! She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to understand my skin's needs. The facial was relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterward - glowing and refreshed. She explained each step of the process and gave me helpful tips for my skincare routine at home. Every team member I encountered was professional and made me feel valued as a guest. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. This is exactly the kind of place you want to visit when you need some self-care and relaxation. I highly recommend requesting Gabriella for massage and Savannah for facials. I'll definitely be returning!
I recently visited Soak Spa for a facial & massage. This isn’t something I do very often and I tend to have a hard time relaxing. The evening I spent there seriously made the stress melt away and the aches leave my body. I was super impressed by the facilities. Every detail is gorgeous. The ladies locker room had everything I needed to feel comfortable. My esthetician Savanah gave me an amazing facial. I have been receiving compliments on how glowy and healthy my skin looks, even days later. I followed with a massage from Jamie. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She made the experience fun and gave me helpful advice on treating my problem areas. After our session, I was met with a glass of champagne and sent to soak in the jacuzzi. In that moment, I never felt so relaxed! The manager Angela has a talent for hospitality, and the staff truly made the evening special. I can’t wait to visit again, and gift the experience to my loved ones.
From out of town and just needed a relaxing day! From start to finish the experience was exceptional. The sweet girl at the front desk was such a delight! The google review pics don’t do this place justice. The outdoor area can accommodate quite a few and is so serene with shaded lounge chairs and fountains. It’s enclosed and tucked away so you don’t feel like they are located off the Main Street. The saunas and hot tubs are extremely clean! I booked a Swedish massage with Savannah and it was AMAZING! I definitely recommend her. Her presence and energy alone relaxed me when I first stepped into the room. I also booked a signature facial with Trish. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable and recommended some great tips for my hyperpigmentation. If I visit again I will definitely be back!
I recently visited Soak Spa Bleu Beach and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, Kat at the front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless and welcoming. Holli did an amazing job with my massage. I came in with significant tension, and she was able to get all the knots out and completely relieve the strain in my lower back. I left feeling like a new person! I also had my first-ever facial with Molly, and she was wonderful. Since it was my first time, I was a little nervous, but she made me feel super comfortable and walked me through exactly what to expect. My skin looks and feels better than I ever imagined! If you’re looking for a professional, relaxing, and effective spa day, this is the place.
