Wow, what an experience! The moment you walk into the space, it's like taking a deep sigh of relief. The minimal, tropical decor is so serene leading you to the sauna and cold plunge area, which was lit up using light color therapy. Upon first meeting, Maddie was extremely warm, friendly, and patient. She guided us through some movement and breath-work to heat and oxygenate our bodies. It was my first experience doing a cold plunge so Maddie stayed with me the whole time, having me focus on my breathing, making 2 minutes feel like 10 seconds. We then got to hop into the light therapy sauna for a few and finished off with another plunge. 10/10 would recommend! I look forward to coming back and am excited to experience one of their breath-work events.

This is a hidden gem that everyone should check out. It offers the best amenities such as a cold plunge and red light saunas and one of the most phenomenal breathwork sessions backed by science to feel like a psychedelic rebirth. It's all housed in the most the most zen vibe that feels like a staycation. They offer a la cart services or a membership as well as fun events, and they're all incredibly accessible because everyone needs a little getaway. The first time I was here was for an event that's so special and got to try all the services. Including sound healing and reiki after breathwork. Sauna and plunge sealed the deal for the perfect spa day.

This place is great! The space design/decor is so aesthetically pleasing and fitting for the relaxing environment that you are in. The owner, Stephanie, was so inviting. She prepped me for the cold plunge via breathing techniques and movements to get my body ready. She coached me through the cold plunge which was such a big help since I don't do well in the cold. I've found the breathing techniques she taught me have been helpful in other areas/activities in my life such as the gym and to calm my nerves before a presentation at work.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Breath work session was amazing and was followed by a great infrared sauna and then my first cold plunge! Very much appreciated the guidance, level trust and comfort that were created by the facilitator in the breath work and the cold plunge, it resulted in a very reassuring experience, held in a gorgeous environment.
