I really wanted to love this couples massage, but unfortunately, it was not the therapeutic experience I was looking forward to. There was no consultation regarding pressure or areas of focus. When my boyfriend asked for more pressure, we were told it was "supposed to be relaxing" which felt like our preference was being dismissed rather than heard. Similarly, when I asked if more time could be spent on my back, I was told that each body part had its allotted time and they would have enough time which they definitely did not. The flow was quite confusing— they spent what felt like 20 minutes on my left leg, a mere two minutes on my right, and only 5–10 minutes on my back. To make matters worse, the table setup was incredibly uncomfortable. The face rest felt more like a hazard than a support, leaving me with significant neck pain—the exact opposite of why we booked a massage. The hot stones were a nice touch and the only thing that kept the experience from being a total loss, but I’m honestly going to need to book a massage elsewhere just to recover from the discomfort of this one. I hope they reconsider their approach to client communication and equipment comfort.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, recharge, and truly take care of your body, this is the location. I’ve been enjoying both relaxing and therapeutic massages for my back, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment you walk in, you feel the calm atmosphere and professionalism. The space is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, everything you need for a complete wellness experience in one place. Diana and Laura are simply amazing. They truly spoiled me… Their hands are magic, and their attention to detail makes all the difference. To top it all off, they welcomed me with tea and cookies at the end of the session, such a thoughtful and special touch. Professional, caring, and dedicated to your well-being. I 100% recommend them.

Very disappointed with the service I purchased, I got a tanning session from them off of Groupon and no where does it state you need to bring your own oil and glasses. They charged me $53 for tanning oil and two plastic glasses. On Groupon they have a pack of 4 session for $40 and on their own website 30 min for $20. Mins you my session was 10 min. This was a really bad first impression for a place I’ve never been too. If they would’ve put that on the Groupon I would’ve understood to bring my own or get prepared to pay $53 -.- I asked for atleast a discount for the first time and nothing

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Spotzen Wellness Center. I booked the full body massage with hot stones, premium oil, hand scrub, aromatherapy, and the drink package, and every part of it was incredible. Ibeth was my masseuse, and she was phenomenal! Very professional, attentive, and truly skilled. The massage was deeply relaxing and the hot stones were the most amazing touch. I left feeling completely refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend Spotzen Wellness Center, and definitely ask for Ibeth if you’re booking a massage!

Really great service all around. I was able to book an appointment via WhatsApp and they were very accommodating. The communication was quick and efficient which made the whole booking process very easy. I booked 4 lymphatic drainage massages and they were really good. They had tea ready for us after we were finished which was really nice. The studio is also very cute!! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!
