The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your visit. The salt room itself is beautifully maintained and deeply relaxing. You can truly feel the benefits — from easier breathing to a sense of overall calm and balance. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, reset, and focus on your well-being. I highly recommend The Salt Room to anyone looking for a peaceful, healing experience. This is truly a hidden gem, and I will definitely be returning.

This is such a therapeutic spot! I came here, and the guy at the door was super welcoming, and the soft tunes playing put you in a state of calm. The owner is very informed on the benefits of salt room therapy along with the benefits of the infra-red sauna. This place is a great place for both adults and children. This place has a dedicated children's room where kids can play free with buckets and scoops. For new clients they have a $25 promo I'm excited to go back.

I love The Salt Room, I’m taking my 4 years old to help with his post pneumonia recovery and it is been very helpful. The kids salt room is amazing, it is a salty play room with lots of toys so the kids have fun wile they receive the therapy. The staff is super friendly and supportive. For young kids one adult is included, so we have a great mommy and me spa time. When you book the salt therapy for a child, the room is only for you and your kids.

I came here because my toddler was having a really hard time with thick congestion and trouble breathing. I tried everything to avoid antibiotics, and The Salt Room was key in achieving that. My baby showed improvement after just one visit and gave me the confidence to know she would be ok. I will be coming back as much as I can until she is 100%. This was an absolute game changer. I had heard about Salt therapy, but never tried, while dealing with a lingering cold for over a month I started to look for options that were not meds. I found The Salt Room. I was feeling like I had asthma. I could not hold a conversation or laugh cause I was tight. Went for first session and felt amazing. I went back for a second time and I'm looking forward to more. I want to try the Reiki too. Place is clean and the staff is so welcoming.
