The Spa at Carillon Miami





Dated facility that needs a major refresh. Some amenities in the spa area weren't working. Staff is friendly but service is underwhelming for the price — which is inflated given the beach location. At its core, this is a barebones resident amenity open to the public, and that's how it feels. Can't recommend.
I booked a couples massage a month in advance for Valentine’s day. Arrived the morning of my appt and the receptionist informed me that they couldn’t accommodate me and my boyfriend today due to being booked up. The receptionist tried to accommodate me, it still doesnt make up for the fact that this happen.
Like many others here, I have been trying for awhile to get ahold of someone to schedule a simple service. I have been unsuccessful to get anyone on the phone and they never give me a call back. Bad business practice and now I need to find another place to give my business to.
