When I first stumbled upon this place I was getting out of my Pilates class and there it was in my vision Zen Zone. The words drew me in Fernanda who was working the front desk welcomed me like I was an old friend. She showed me around and explained what the Light System was. They had meditation type music with frequencies playing and all the tv monitors gave the place a very relaxed immersive feeling. I felt the energy inside me immediately. Wow I was very lucky that in two days they were having a 12 hour event. A Sleepover. How fun is that. The recliner is super comfortable and the bed of course is very nice. I have since done several overnights and I've become a member. My blood work numbers are super good. Even my doctor that I just saw today is impressed. All without meds They have events going on. Breathe-work, sound healing with Tree Om and special Cacao ceremony. There are also one on one healing sessions with an incredible shaman. There are usually one or two community overnights a month with a special price! I recommend this to everyone. Healthy or not so healthy. It's amazing. Really amazing.

Words feel insufficient to describe the profound experience of Silvina Gallelli’s cacao ceremony and sound healing. From the moment it began, I was transported into a realm of deep peace and deep meditation. Silvina is not just a any sound healer; she is a true healer, as she moved through the space, her hands weaving intricate patterns of light language into the air, you could feel the intention and purity of her work. One of the most awe-inspiring moments was glancing around to see the entire room in a deep, peaceful trance, completely surrendered to the journey. I had the privilege of watching Silvina play, the other lady Aileen was incredible amazing too. The magic didn’t end with the ceremony. Upon returning home, I slipped into the most restorative sleep, thanks the ceremony and the scalar waves from the light system, I'm finding peace and fast recovery after my surgery. I would love to see her again! When is the next ceremony with Silvina and Aileen?

Zen Zone became my second home, everybody is so nice and they are all so supportive in helping you to active the best of your sessions, The LIGHT SYSTEM brings so much of our light out, it’s so powerful and give us the strength, clarity, and calm us to be able to face the world with all the problems. I would recommend anyone to try it. I introduced my family and friends because I feel in the world we live with so much division, stress, Zen Zone is a incredible gift to remind us who we are and what our mission in this life is. For December, I will have a family overnight here, I can not think of a better gift to my loved ones.
