360 Med Spa Buford

This was my first teeth whitening experience, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. The process itself was somewhat uncomfortable (having the plastic pieces in your mouth and sitting under the UV light while drooling), but that part I understood as normal for the procedure. What I did not find acceptable was being left unattended for longer than the esthetician had stated. (You are left unattended for an X amount of time under the UV light; however, upon checking my phone, it had been past the recommended time.) Toward the end, my teeth began to hurt and feel sensitive. The UV light had already turned off, yet she did not come back to check on me. After waiting 10 extra minutes, I finally got up and very uncomfortably walked out of the room towards the reception area - with the plastic still in my mouth, drooling - only to find the esthetician at the front desk on her phone. Although I chose to be patient and understanding at the time, the experience was not pleasant. Despite this, I still gave the benefit of the doubt and even recommended the spa to family and friends, which I now regret. Fast forward a month, I decided to schedule another appointment. I specifically arranged it the day before traveling for a special occasion. Just one hour before my appointment, I received a text saying it was canceled due to “short supply.” I found this very unprofessional and inconsiderate, given that I had already planned around the appointment. I suppose it would not have led me to write this review if I had been informed as soon as they knew of their short supply, versus one hour before. Shortly after, I also received an email instructing me to call to reschedule. I immediately called twice, and no one answered. I called twice again an hour later, which was at the time of my original appointment, and still no one answered. For a business that expects clients to call back to rebook, it is very frustrating when no one picks up the phone. Looking through the one-star reviews, I see others have had similar experiences, which makes me believe this is not an isolated issue. I truly believe in giving businesses a fair chance, but professionalism, communication, and respect for clients’ time are essential - unfortunately, I did not experience that here, and I am positive you won't either.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jessica at 360 MedSpa in Buford, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I had been considering lip filler and Botox for a while and spent a lot of time researching different estheticians. When I came across Jessica’s work on Instagram, I knew she was the right choice. I booked an appointment right away, and from start to finish, she exceeded my expectations! Jessica took the time to carefully assess my concerns, explaining every step of the process in detail and answering any questions I had without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated her honest and thoughtful recommendations for both lip filler and Botox. Instead of suggesting unnecessary treatments, she provided realistic options tailored to my goals, ensuring I felt both confident and well-informed. Her skill, precision, and genuine care made all the difference. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results, and I highly recommend Jessica to anyone seeking expertise and genuine care in their esthetic treatments. (These are the results following appointment #2 for lip filler. We used 1/2 syringe at each appointment)

This location is very unprofessional. There is a lady there named Renee she is a liar. One of the lies she said is that 360 Med Spa is a sister location which is a lie because the location in Stockbridge is just the same name they are not affiliated with this location. I had booked an appointment a week in advance she asked if could I come in a little earlier I said yes. While I was 30 minutes away from the place coming from Riverdale Ga. She texted instead calling to ask if could I reschedule my appointment I explained to her I couldn’t instead of her understanding she wasted my time coming here after she told my friend to come and me. She turns around to cancel my appointment for the 28th. After I booked that appointment last Saturday. I asked for the owner's or her boss's number she hasn’t returned our calls are texted. Very unprofessional and highly recommend y'all to check out the other locations for better service at Stockbridge GA. If I could give 0 stars to her I will. They just lost 2 Clients. Because of her horrible and sloppy careless attitude service.

I had an appointment with Jessica for PRP facial and PRP injection under eyes. She stuck me about 5 times which I didn’t mind because I wanted the procedure. When she finally got some blood, she spun it for maybe 30 minutes. After it was done spinning, she said the blood did not separate. She spoke to the receptionist about the issue & it ended up being the incorrect tube. The receptionist & Jessica said they would try to get the correct supplies in & reschedule me. Jessica proceeded to schedule me herself saying she would get the supplies no matter what. I was rescheduled for the next Wednesday. I texted that Tuesday to verify & was told they still didn’t have the supplies. I thought this whole thing was very unprofessional & my time was wasted. I was promised to have the PRP done for free for the inconvenience. Still no call to schedule. I will not be returning either way. What Medspa runs out of supplies like this?

I’ve been going to MedSpa360 in Buford for about 2-3 years now, and I am always beyond pleased with the service. They offer facials, brow services, dermal fillers, and injectables, and each experience has been exceptional. The nurse injectors, Paris and Jessica, are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly educate you — especially if you’re new to injections. They walk you through every aspect of the procedure so you feel informed, comfortable, and confident. Brennae is amazing with brows, and Michelle gives the most relaxing, results-driven facials. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like family every time you walk in. Since I’ve enjoyed each experience here, I’ve even started bringing my mom, and she’s just as pleased with the care and professionalism. I truly enjoy coming here and highly recommend MedSpa360 to anyone considering treatments!
