I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ascend Wellness. From start to finish, their service was marked by misrepresentation, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism. First, their advertising and promises completely misrepresented what they actually provide. What was described as a monthly subscription for hormone replacement therapy and labs turned out to be far below expectations, leaving me feeling misled and cheated. Second, their responsiveness was abysmal. I reached out multiple times regarding getting some labs done, and either received a “why do you need labs done?” to no reply or had to wait far longer than what is reasonable. A business that cannot communicate promptly with its customers does not deserve their trust. Finally, they failed to deliver what I paid for. After investing more than $1,000, I expected a monthly service for their monthly subscription. Instead, I got silence and questioned why I thought I needed labs done. For a business who specializes in helping people with hormone issues, their level of “care” could ultimately derail progress, which it did for me. It’s unacceptable to take a customer’s money and fail to meet basic expectations. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with Ascend Wellness. There are plenty of companies out there that value honesty, communication, and customer satisfaction—this is not one of them. If you're proposing a full refund, I'm all about it. If not, thats fine. You'll be hearing from the Georgia State Attorney General's Office, regardless.

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin? Jessica is a literal saint. She is so kind l, knowledgeable and so welcoming. I was definitely intimidated by the type of wellness procedures ascend offered at first, but my uneasiness left as soon as I stepped in and was greeted. I felt like I was in a friends home. The center is beautiful and curated so perfectly for relaxation. I tried out the sauna first and was so glad I did. It was intimate and it even had streaming services inside! After that service I tried the float tank and oh my goodness. If you suffer from chronic pain, racing thoughts etc. you have to invest in this service. The shower room is beautiful and bright and then you immerse yourself into a cozy tank. It was not claustrophobic at all (and this is coming from a plus sized person.) i didn’t feel rushed during my service and I really enjoyed my time there. I have never felt as relaxed and easy going in my entire life.

I discovered floatation therapy a few years ago in Atlanta and really enjoyed it. I was thrilled that Ascend Wellness brought floating to the Savannah area this year! I enjoy floating because it quiets the mind and relaxes the body--something I need after a long day of providing massage therapy to my clients. You can fall asleep and feel like you're not even in a body of water, your senses can't tell the difference. The staff at Ascend have been nothing but wonderful. The facilities are always clean and inviting, too. Highly recommend trying out their services!

Had my first experience here at Ascend Wellness in Savannah. Jessica greeted me with a pleasant smile and was very personable and friendly. She was full of information about products and services at Ascend Wellness and gave me a tour of the facility. I’m looking forward to the float chamber experience next time I visit, which I hope to be within the next two week and to take advantage of their other services available.

I finally got a chance to visit this place. Nate and Jessica has done it again! This place is a game changer. I got to check out the cryo chamber, and it was such a great experience. I'm definitely coming back to get a membership 100%. Krista was very welcoming and very informative. Nate and Jessica definitely hires only the most professional staff. I highly recommend this place y'all!!!
