Be Still Wellness Center and Spa

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Be Still Wellness Center and Spa, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and calming atmosphere, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my time there. The spa's ambiance is serene, with soft lighting, soothing music, and a peaceful environment that promotes relaxation. The variety of services they offer is impressive, from Face Massages, Red Light Therapy, Salt Room, Cold Plunge and full body massages. My husband love their massages and has gone back several times. I opted for a face massage that included the red light therapy. All so worth it!! Overall, Be Still Wellness Center and Spa exceeded my expectations. Whether you're looking for a tranquil escape or professional wellness services, I highly recommend giving it a try. I'll definitely be returning for another session soon! Update: My family surprised me with a gift card for an anti-aging facial I’ve always wanted to try, and I loved it! Faith was so kind and really attentive to my skin’s needs. I left feeling relaxed and glowing, and I’ve gotten so many compliments since. Highly recommend!

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with Be Still Wellness. From the moment we entered the spa, we were greeted warmly, taken for a brief tour, offered complimentary waters, and robes. We not only received a massage at an excellent rate, but were offered time in the sauna, cold plunge tank, and salt room with red-light therapy. Both of us agree that our masseuse, Cece, was one of the best we've ever had. She was strong enough to give a firm pressure, but gentle when it was needed. The fact the massage was customizable was a rare bonus! Moreover, when most massage therapists seem to quit abruptly the very second - if not earlier - than our allotted time, Cece made sure we did not feel rushed. The entire time we received our treatments, Christian worship music played quietly in the background. We greatly appreciated this, as we've discovered much of the massage world is inundated with the new age. We have already told our church family and friends, and will be back! A++

Stop what you're doing and book an appointment! My experience here was AMAZING! I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. Christine, the manager, and I chatted while I waited for my appointment time (I was very early 🤭) and it made me so comfortable. Cece, the owner, did my express massage and it was the best massage I've ever had. I've had several massages before and left thinking "maybe I just don't like massages" then I came here and they showed me what it should really be like. I went in the sauna & it was so quiet and so clean. Then on to the body scrub with Faith. She was so sweet! I had a body scrub in Dubai and I can say without hesitation, this one was better! Cece and Christine are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. Cece is calming, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their well-being. She listened carefully to my concerns and focused on the areas where I was holding the most tension. Her technique is incredible — the perfect amount of pressure while still being deeply relaxing. I walked in feeling stressed and tight, and left feeling refreshed, lighter, and pain-free. Cece is professional, knowledgeable, and truly gifted at what she does. If you’re looking for someone who will take great care of you and leave you feeling brand new, I highly recommend booking with her. I will definitely be back! 💆🏽♀️✨

First time doing a couples massage. Christine was so friendly, nice, punctual throughout the whole process. Very responsive and answered all my silly questions. She even accommodated us after work hours on Sunday. We had CeCe as our massage therapist and she was so amazing and wonderful. I got a deep tissue massage from her and it felt so good. The amenities they offer for free along with the massage is top notch. I’ve never experienced a red therapy salt room that was nice and relaxing. The sauna and cold plunge were also great to enjoy. I will be recommending this spa to all my family and friends. I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward. Thank you Christine and CeCe for making my first experience a wonderful process.
