I recently visited this salt spa and did the full package: 30 minutes in the salt room, 60-minute float, 70-minute head spa, and a 60-minute foot soak. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience and felt very relaxed by the end of the day. The quality of the services themselves was excellent, and the staff was kind and attentive. That said, I do feel the overall flow and organization of the experience could be improved. I would have appreciated slower pacing and clearer instructions between services, especially for first-time guests. At times it felt a little rushed or unclear where to go next. One specific suggestion: the float tank room should provide bags for wet clothing. After showering post-float, I had to ask for a bag to put my wet bathing suit in. They brought me one after I asked, but I would be nice if it was already in the room. I understand some guests choose to float nude, but many people prefer wearing a bathing suit and changing afterward. Since the facility thoughtfully provides items like contact solution, ear plugs, makeup wipes, etc., including a simple disposable bag for wet clothes would be a really helpful addition. Another issue was during the head spa portion. The service itself was wonderful, but unfortunately the speaker in the room was blown, which made the spa music extremely distorted and distracting. It honestly took away from the experience. I would have preferred no music at all rather than listening to distorted sound. This seems like an easy fix that would greatly improve the ambiance. The foot spa was my favorite part of the entire visit. The service was perfect, incredibly relaxing, and honestly very easy to fall asleep during. Because of that, I would have preferred more privacy. The foot spa area was open in a hallway, and having other guests walk by while I was half-asleep made me feel a bit exposed. I couldn’t help but think I might wake up with my mouth open or making some unflattering, deeply-relaxed face 😅. It felt more like a nail salon setup in that regard, rather than a private spa experience which broke the relaxation. Overall, this spa has great services and a lot of potential. With a bit more attention to flow, privacy, and small logistical details, the experience could be fantastic. I would still recommend it and would return, especially for the foot spa.

I had an awful experience. I left feeling violated. I booked the 70 min service for my birthday and it started off well w a beautiful foot wash/soak. Then Kim (the employee) took me to a room and told me to undress and put my clothes in a basket and change into their towel robe thing. I did that then later I laid on the hair washing table with a blanket. Kim was taking a while in my room so I looked over at her and saw her messing with all my garments in my basket. It made me very concerned because my money was in there, but I wasn’t sure what was happening. Then she continued to take awhile until I noticed Kim was making videos with me in the background without any consent. I felt violated. She was propping her phone in my basket to take the videos. Then the service no longer felt safe. Later when I went to get dressed my belongings were outside of the basket and I could see she spilled all over my sweater. She never once acknowledged it or apologized. I will never go back. Also the wash dried my hair and was not relaxing at all. I don’t feel like she knew how to care for hair or massage. The products on the counter looked promising like olaplex and Moroccan oil but I don’t think she used either of those and she finished my hair w some cheap miracle 10 spray. My hair is bleached and she obviously did not know how to moisturize or care for it. I emailed the company before this review but due to no acknowledgment I am posting

We were looking for something to do over the weekend for our date and found Floating & Salt Healing Center, so we decided to check it out. We drove all the way from Birmingham, AL, and it was absolutely worth the trip! Neither of us had ever tried floating or salt therapy before, so this was a first-time experience for both of us. The spa was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was so welcoming. We did both the salt therapy and the float session — it was incredibly relaxing, and we slept so well afterwards. The price is very reasonable. My mother-in-law has been to a similar place in our city, and it was much more expensive than this one. Definitely recommend Floating & Salt Healing Center to anyone looking for a special way to treat yourself or enjoy a date. We will definitely be back!

My mother and I had the most incredible experience at this spa! From the moment we walked in, Stone at the front desk made us feel completely taken care of. He was amazing — offering us food and drinks and even making sure we had special accommodations for our appointments. His attention to detail and genuine kindness truly set the tone for our visit. Lucas did my foot massage and it was absolutely heavenly. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and like I was walking on clouds. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her float and salt bath as well — she couldn’t stop talking about how peaceful and rejuvenating it was. Everything about our visit was smooth, welcoming, and top tier. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly relaxing and thoughtful spa experience.

Nice experience! Our reservation for couples floatation was not right when we arrived due to whoever my husband spoke with on the phone not booking correctly, but the front desk receptionist Renee and the owner made special accommodations for us to still enjoy our date day. The experience was so relaxing, we didn’t even realize we were falling asleep. Felt rejuvenated afterwards. Condition of the facility is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Recommend!
