I have a cabin with a spa that was getting a little long in the tooth and leaking. I initially had Georgia Spa doing monthly service checks, and when the rest of the problems started I got a hold of them to see about servicing. It is not the easiest set up to work on, and some neglect from the previous owner led to a few problems that had to be addressed. Jeff, after previously working with his team and installing a new cover on the spa, has been pretty relentless in chasing problems and coming to the cabin when I am not there to get this fixed. I am very happy with their service and support and am especially impressed by the communication that they give me regarding upcoming visits and the diagnostics of what they find when working on the spa. A+ outfit.

I had an issue with my jacuzzi due to a mistake made by one of the employees. Destry, the manager, personally took responsibility and drove two hours to my home to fix the problem himself. He was extremely professional, respectful, and thorough. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to see a manager show that level of accountability and dedication to customer service. Destry truly went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for his commitment to making things right.

Delivery was excellent. The team assigned for our hot tub drop off had to make 2 trips to our home and went above and beyond to ensure that our tub was carefully placed on our patio. Chris came for our orientation and was courteous and knowledgeable while helping us prepare and balance our water. He showed us all of the tub’s features and gave us many helpful tips to use in the future. We’re very happy being a customer of Georgia Spa Company!

Great experience from the moment we walked into the store through the entire purchasing process and even with service afterward. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and made everything easy. Hunter with Ga Spa, came out and replaced the circulation pump and heater in my spa from Ga Spa today. Thank goodness they keep some parts in the service trucks, especially with the temps going down this weekend! I called Wednesday for service and they got me on the schedule fast.
