Georgia Spa Company
Small business, Is a small business
I’ve been a customer of Georgia SPA since purchasing my hot tub in 2020/2021, and while I’ve tried to remain patient and avoid leaving a negative review, the ongoing service issues have reached a point where I feel it’s important to share my experience. Over the years, customer service has been inconsistent, but the most recent situation has been especially disappointing. After purchasing a new top cover for my hot tub - an investment of over $3,000 - a panel was damaged during the replacement process. Georgia SPA came out to fix it initially, but when we moved this summer and they relocated the hot tub, the same panel fell again. At that time, we were told someone would reach out to schedule a repair. With the chaos of moving and work, a month passed before I realized no one had contacted us. I reached out again, and a technician eventually came, confirmed it was a warranty issue, and assured us the details would be submitted and we’d hear back. Weeks went by with no update. I followed up and spoke with a representative who agreed the situation was unacceptable and promised it would be taken care of quickly, said she was getting to the bottom of this. -That was a week and a half ago. I followed up with Tiffany via email on 11/25 - so far no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, this pattern of poor communication and lack of follow-through has been consistent. After several years of similar experiences, I can honestly say the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if reliable service and responsiveness matter to you.
Really disappointing, we brought the Hot tub because my wife needs it as a therapeutic treatment. We explained to Chad that the hot tub need to be on our deck, I send him pictures and videos and he said it would not be a problem, we explain the situation very clearly when we where in the store too. We agreed to remove one of the rail and screen panel, which it is 9’ high by 50” wide ( the hot tub is 7’ x 7’ x 34”). When the delivery guys came (only 4 of them ) to move a 850 pounds hot tub, they said they could not do it. So now we have a hot tub stuck in the middle of nowhere in the backyard. They want us to remove another panel because they said they can’t maneuver the tub—which they already had to move just to get it to the backyard. The deck company does not recommend removing another panel because it could compromise the structure of the roof. We still waiting for an answer from Chad or Georgia Spa Company. We are very disappointed and are hoping that the Georgia Spa Company will solve this issue.
I just purchased a Caldera Makena yesterday and now wait for the delivery…. I will update after that, but wanted to make sure that I could give the purchase process a great review. I actually went to the store on Friday and Saturday to pick the best option for my needs. Kameron helped us both days and he was very knowledgeable on the different options and gave some good advice on how each one could benefit me. They were very reasonable on price and I am very pleased about the whole experience. I also want to commend them on their Toys for Tots coupon, because it not only helps me save a little money, but more importantly helps a child who may not be as fortunate during this time of year!!
No pressure buying experience. We did not know a lot about Saunas but Tim was very informative. After seeing several we needed to do more research. We found the one online we wanted that would work in our space. Contacted Tim learned more about it ie. price, delivery, and if it would be okay to install in garage. Still no pressure. We contacted him next day, placed the order and have had it now a week and couldn’t be happier. It has helped so much with our arthritis and have noticed difference in how we feel. One of the best purchases we have made.
My husband & I bought our first hot from here & Carter was our salesman. I can't say enough good things about him, very professional, not pushy, we knew nothing about hot tubs, but he was very knowledgeable about them, I had 100 questions & he was able to answer them all, very smart young man. If you are in the market for a hot tub, sauna, they have it all, but I highly recommend asking for Carter. I want to also say that the delivery guys did an awesome job as well. Exceptional experience with this company, especially Carter!
