I first went to Nava Sen February ‘25 for a massage which was perfection! But tried a place closer to home 4 months later, and it was lacking. So I found myself back at Nava October 10th for a different treatment, the 2 HOUR Thai stretching and meditation with the beautiful genius, Air. This is a combination of deep passive stretching and deep tissue massage mixed with breathing to stay focused and relaxed. My history is chronic sciatic, sacrum, and IT band pain with minor relief from stretching, exercise, ice, heat, Epsom salts, yoga, medicine and rest. Nothing worked! However, the day after seeing Air (still sore – I’m not gonna sugar coat it!), I could move and pivot like Neo from The Matrix. When I tell you it literally felt like I had my 20-year old body back! But listen up! This treatment is not for pain intolerant people. I am not even remotely a fan of deep tissue massage, but when relief is needed you’ll do what it takes, right?! So it hurts. But the relief is amazing. I found that I was able to mimic the stretching on my own following the sore muscles Air left me , allowing the relief to last even longer. Air advised me to come back the following week due to the severity of my tightness. My finances advised I wait for 3 weeks! 3 weeks later, Air was able to go deeper it seems with the stretching, and treat different muscles. It felt so good! I have been adamantly stretching at home & work, and will follow up with Air when she returns in January to continue the healing process! I selfishly hesitate to leave this review as I would hate for her schedule to fill up LOL But Nava Sen is definitely a great massage/stretching place worth every penny you spend. Easily schedule online, too!
I’ve visited Nava Spa several times now, and I’ve had a fantastic experience with their deep tissue and thai massages. They’ve also worked on my trigger points in my back, shoulders, and neck, and I’ve never been disappointed. Shane and Brandi are great therapists. They check in with me to see how I’m feeling without overwhelming me with conversation. They also have a deep awareness of my body and work really well on the tension points. I highly recommend Nava Spa for its value, comfort, and effectiveness in relieving muscle tension and trigger points.
I had a spafinder gift card and decided to visit Nava spa for a Thai/Deep Tissue combo. The spa is beautifully appointed and professional. Just like the photos. The massage by May was awesome with the perfect amount of Thai massage stretching and deep tissue pressure on my back and shoulders. I look forward to visiting again!
Went in for a regular massage for relaxation. After a little time I realized my muscles were really bound up and sore. Air did great job stretching my shoulders and worked many of the knots out Honestly it was the best massage I’ve had. I rebooked already to gain flexibility
I was looking forward to receiving services from this spa as they have great reviews and I have a gift card that I wanted to use. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment due to conflicting pricing info I received. Upon initial …
