They're going to take care of you regardless but you'll get to see a beautiful smile on their face when they hear that one of their regulars referred someone or encouraged someone else to get the benefits of a sauna session . Your first session is only $20, you spend $20 on things that don't benefit you all the time so why not spend the money on something that is beneficial to your health , and your body inside and out . If you have never been to a sauna this is your sign to go. There are so many benefits to sitting in a sauna with infrared lights. You will be hot, you will sweat, and you will feel better when you leave. They are so helpful so if you're unfamiliar with what color lighting you're in need of just tell Shawn or one of the helpful staff what you're there for, meaning to detox, refresh, calm down, or whatever benefits you're looking to gain from the sauna. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The Studio is always clean. They have a diffuser with essential oils so it always smells refreshing and welcoming when you walk in. It's very well organized so you feel calm walking in. There's no clutter or overly decorated areas. There are several rooms so you can come with your friends or someone you love or just by yourself. Definitely look into the benefits because it can work for anybody. You leave feeling a little bit drained but also refreshed and relaxed. Make sure you bring your water, if you forget it that's okay you can purchase water or an energy drink from the cooler in the lobby. There is even a filtered water refill station so bring your own water bottle and fill up for free. At the end there is a eucalyptus towel in your room that magically stays cold while you're in your sauna space for your 40 minutes. It smells so good and it feels so refreshing. Even after your sauna session you will continue to perspire, in a good way. Check them out and tell them I sent you!

The sauna itself was immaculate and inviting, with the customized lighting adding a unique touch. The session was incredibly relaxing, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. I'm now a firm believer in the power of regular sauna treatments, and I can't wait to return to Perspire for another personalized experience. The most awesome experience that I have had since moving to Atlanta. I was so stressed and wanted my room a certain temperature. Mr. Sean and his team this day accommodated me. I was very impressed how he diffused my stressful attitude. I had to reflect and say wow!! Great manager understands and knowledgeable about the products and services.

Our experience here was great! The staff did an amazing job explaining to us the facilities on sight and the benefits of saunas and chromotherapy (color light therapy). I loved that the saunas are private and they come with tv access. Additionally the water refill station, cooling towels, and guided virtual stretches was an added bonus!

This was a great experience. The staff was so welcoming. The location is clean and beautiful. The Sauna was so relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. I felt like new person afterwards. Highly recommend, my favorite is the blue light but lights vary based on personal needs.
