Plumyumi Day Spa

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had a gift certificate an old boss of mine send to me. Put so I decided to get me a massage. I’ve had a massage before. I asked for my lower back where I had surgery to be focused on. Because I got the thumbs up to get massage by my doctor. They said you can get firm pressure just not deep. I let her know and she said she’d help me. But she NEVER focused on my lower back. I walked out just as sore as I woke up the morning. Hurting if I even moved my hips a certain way. I walked out be I was told I could browse the shop before I check out. Then by the time I was going to browse by the register another very rude woman said you’re ready to check out right now yes? It wasn’t either of the ladies behind the desk they had good customer service. But she allowed the other lady who came out the same time as me browse. Because I was planning to get my best friend, my mom and big sister somethings from there for Christmas. I only tipped because I had enough on my gift certificate because I was definitely never going to come back and spend my own money. Very disappointed because my old boss loves this place. And she got me this for my back and to help me relax after leaving a domestic violence situation with my ex fiancé. But I did not leave relaxed. I left absolutely pissed.

I received a gift certificate and scheduled a flash sale one hour massage for my first visit to this Day spa. I am new to the area and wasn’t aware of this location. I feel like it’s a hidden gem and pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very big and everything was very clean and I felt a relaxing/calming energy. The staff were friendly and it was easy to call and set up my appointment and there’s a comfortable side room to fill out an easy new client form. Elliot was my therapist and he did an incredible job loosening up my stiff shoulders and neck/lower back area. I told him I felt an inch taller after leaving lol I will def be back! Thank you.

Came here because I wanted to take someone to a nice spa as a gift. Google profile showed them as open so we drove 20 mins to get here and see a small paper sign on the door saying they closed early and will be closed tomorrow due to weather. They closed early today because it's a little chilly out and tomorrow late afternoon will be near freezing and rainy? Fine, your decision. But show consideration to customers and update your Google hours to show yourself as closed. Fortunately we walked 30 feet away and went to Awesome Nails, who happily took care of us.

Had a deep tissue massage by Vivian and she was so professional and sweet! This was my second professional massage so I was a little nervous. Vivian explained the steps to me before hand and had excellent bedside manner during. I will definitely be recommending her to others and will hopefully be seeing her again in the future!

Today was my first visit to Plumyumi! I had the microdermabrasion facial with Natalia! She was wonderful and very knowledgeable on skin, skincare etc. She was very gentle but still very thorough! I will definitely be back! I have hyperpigmentation and I instantly saw results! Highly recommend
