★★☆☆☆

This experience was mediocre. I have been to multiple Marriott spas, and this isn’t even close to being one. The women’s locker room is 20 ft by 20 ft, and did not have room for more than one person to change. There was one shower that had shampoo, Boyd wash and lotion. I kept bumping the walls. The waiting area had 6 seating options, and was not very large. Offered usual snacks and teas. Was right off the reception area and quite loud. The facial was 10/10. I had a basic facial performed, and it was very relaxing and professional, my skin looked amazing, the massage…was quite possible the worst I’ve had. I booked a Swedish massage for relaxation; it was super aggressive. The massage therapist was very aggressive, cabinets slammed and even the sheet placement felt aggressive. Her phone vibrated multiple times during the session. I added a scalp massage treatment, and it just felt like my hair got tangled. Definitely not an experience I recommend. Highly disappointed

Massages were great, spa was clean, staff was accommodating however after my service, they tried to charge me a higher price than when I had originally booked, (only a few hours prior.) They said their system does not always match the online price as they change the prices based on demand in real time. It seemed as though they just hoped customers wouldn’t catch the additional 20-30% price hike from when they booked and they aren’t honest upfront on what the price is. They told me they’ve had many customers complain when they started doing business this way. A very deceitful way to conduct business. When I inquired about the price change, they ultimately changed it back.

I have to say, I’ve been to many spas and this was one of my best visits! The staff from the beginning to end was smooth. The front desk, Nita is so sweet and accommodating, making sure I got the best services booked and gave a fun tour of the spa amenities. My esthetician, AJ, was very thorough in explaining my skincare routine and what I can do to upgrade my own home care, even suggested some great items for me to purchase. The location of the spa is magical and fascinating in itself, this is definitely a must see and explorational experience that will has you relaxed and wanting more!

Wonderful spa experience and the hotel looks so beautiful and festive this time of year. The spa created the perfect escape from all my Holiday stress which was needed. My scheduling with Alexis was easy and she explained all the different services the spa offers (it was hard to choose). I opted for a massage with Lisbeth and it was truly amazing. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back next Holiday season!

I went on a nice vacation in Savannah for a relaxing time. The property of the hotel was beautiful. I received a CBD massage and it was phenomenal. I enjoyed the relaxation room with snacks and all. I will also bought plenty of retail along with CBD oil too take home. I definitely recommend and will be back again next time I'm there.
