The studio itself is clean, calming, and beautifully maintained—but it’s the people like Payten who make it truly special. It’s the perfect complement to training and something a lot of people don’t realize they’re missing. The facility is very clean, the staff is top-notch and friendly, and the entire experience is relaxing from start to finish. Such a great experience!! The space is so spotless, calm, and thoughtfully set up, which makes it easy to actually relax the second you come in. What really sets Pure Sweat apart, though, is the staff!!! Everyone ive met is genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They explain everything and make you feel taken care of from start to finish. It’s clear they care a lot about cleanliness, customer experience, and creating an environment that feels both elevated and approachable. Highly recommend!!

Fiona & her team are outstanding! I enjoyed my first sweat today with my partner. The sauna is clean, and has loads of extras to enjoy during your time in the space. I felt comfortable and well prepared to enjoy the space without feeling any overwhelm. Fiona chatted with me afterwards about their vitamins & she was knowledgeable about the products so I chose a B12 to help with my just -discovered deficiency. We will return!
