If I could give this a 0 I would. We made reservations in advance. When we arrived my husband went to check in and the person at check in told us we did not make a reservation. At that time he did book a room. I had printed out the confirmation but he did not take it in with him when he checked in. We went to our room and it was filthy. There was no refrigerator or microwave as advertised. The bathtub looked like someone had given their dog a bath in it. The sink counter was pulled up on one end. The floor next to the tub was rotting. I was afraid to pull back the sheets. The pictures I viewed before I reserved were nothing like what is it. I consider that false advertising. I only regret not taking pictures to be able to prove the squalor. We went back to the lobby with the print out of the confirmation to inform them of this and the guy was extremely rude. He was yelling at us. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is terrible customer service. The only good thing that came out of this is that they did refund the fee. We went to a much better motel that knows good housekeeping and customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to stay here for an extended period of time. At first, it was just a problem with the roaches. After we got the roaches under control, I noticed bed bugs. The bed bugs were EXTREMELY bad. We stayed in every room from 301 to 307 and there were bed bugs in EVERY ROOM!! The deal breaker was when we awoke one morning to find MICE in the room. And management constantly said that MY family & I were the cause of the bed bugs. As soon as the housekeeper changed the linens, I would find bed bugs in the creases of the pillowcases and sheets. And I won't even talk about the blood stains on the mattresses and box springs!!!

Roaches in the room, fruit flies and the toilets where brown in the bottom. Not to mention my room stinked, the staff are horrible taking my card randomly the room is yellow scale (make better design chooses next time..) Not to mention I saw ANTS in the reception but thought past it. This is also unsafe, tons of noises during the night.

I didn’t expect anything fancy or really nice at all but it’s the attitude problem with reception. Some people may be trolling with the reviews but honest to god it’s a very sketchy part and not to mention I feel like you could very well spend an additional 20 somewhere else like a chain hotel
