When I step into the sauna room I feel like I was in an alternate universe with every single detail of the masterpiece designed room! The tv is such a + for experiencing moments of true motivation while in the sauna is something I've never experienced with such a high level of enjoyment! The lights are so freaking brilliant and beautiful do not be shy to add more to the room by all means it’s genuinely one of the reasons I remember and went back. I really can’t name anything id want to change because at moments I wish my bathroom looked like yourz! The clock in the room is also such a key factor for my time so I can put my phone to the side and not have to worry about time checking when In the sauna or shower. Then once you feel like your being poured on by Holy water I literally feel like a brand new person literally from my skin feeling so soft and I also can tell the vitamins filter is so insanely cool and extremely healthy and underrated for the bathroom industry. Ive never heard seen or thought of a Special Vitamin filtered shower and I wish I discovered it so much sooner. As for the cold plunge thats where I think this company hits for all of us. That moment we all take differently but also together, to bring peace and healing pure mental strength and energy. That I know everyone loves so Im happy so many people are coming together in similar ways for better health.

I'm officially obsessed with SweatHouz! I'd never tried contrast therapy before, but I loved every minute of my first session so much that I signed up for a membership right then and there! The entire place is spotless, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Riley at the front desk is fantastic - she is always so welcoming and makes sure I have everything I need to get started. Since the beginning of February, I've already been six times, and I can really tell the health benefits and the add energy I have from going. I also bring my husband with me, and he really loves it, too. When you actually feel a difference in your overall health, it's well worth it!!

Facilities are nice. Cleaning could be improved; sometimes the studios are properly prepped and sometimes there is still hair from the previous client in the shower and cold plunge. Front desk staff are beyond rude and unprofessional with few exceptions. If you prefer a specific studio (which the app allows you to book specifically) be ready for the staff to change your studio without warning or explanation. Experience depends entirely on who is working that day. Disappointing as this studio could be great if it figured out the consistency aspect of cleaning, customer service, and studio readiness.

Plunge into self-care! I’m not going to lie, the cold plunge is the worst part about this place! Free parking is a plus! The staff is always friendly, professional and communicative. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Not to mention the infused, flavored sparkling water with electrolytes helps me get through my sauna experience. At first I said I was just going to go once to try it out…ended up purchasing the bundle pack because of the value!

The contrast therapy is a wonderful experience and it's nice having a private sauna Suite suitable for just two people. I highly recommend this experience but I was slightly disappointed that we were not instructed on how to turn on the infrared lighting and that the sauna temperature did not get above 139° and it's supposed to reach 170°
