SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio
The experience I had today was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. Jenny was incredible—friendly, informative, and attentive. My suite was perfect, equipped with a cold plunge, sauna, and shower. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I was offered flavored water from the water station and even received a refreshing eucalyptus face towel, which smelled wonderful. Inside the suite, the sauna featured light therapy—I spent most of my time enjoying the red light. It also had Bluetooth, so I could play my own music, and a TV that allowed me to listen while I relaxed. The combination made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend wearing a swimsuit; it worked perfectly for me. Overall, everything—from the amenities to the atmosphere—was beyond my expectations. Thank You Jenny
Oh I love Sweathouz!! I have been going since they opened years ago. I love how I get to watch what I want in my suite. It has a cold plunge and a shower that is most definitely infused and even offer products so you can smell like how you feel. Refreshed!! I faithfully get a session in a week and make that my time to reflect and relax before going back into the real world. If you haven’t tried it yet I would suggest you do. BTW: The validate parking but garage will only give you ten minutes from the time you pulled in to validate or pay. Don’t be like Shenequa and accumulate 10 tickets because I never seen any sign or was told anything about it but now I call ahead and they will provide you the code so you can do so while in your car. If you try them out because of my review please tell the Shenequa sent you! 🫶🏾
Just visited the newly renovated studios and they’re super nice! Private room with sauna, shower and cold plunge. They also validate parking at the connected garage (I think 1010?) but the parking does get crowded on the weekends. Great experience so far and I’m looking forward to more additions such as the speaker being able to broadcast to the saunas internally. I’ve visited this and Perspire and this location is definitely more upscale / luxurious. The tubs have fans built in as well so you don’t have to worry about making a mess on the floor
Ah man, what can I say. I’ve been to this location several times as a drop in but this visit was my first visit back since the renovation. I don’t know whose idea it was to incorporate the cold plunge within the suites but what a brilliant idea. I definitely used my hour session wisely. The marble & the gold accent design makes it truly feel like deluxe treatment. Personally, the customer service has always been great at ANY location. Thanks SweatHouz & pls don’t change a thing!!!
Disclaimer: This was my first time in a place like this and it was a free visit, so… The place is great, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are thoughtful (bring your own water bottle though!) and parking is validated. To have the entire experience in your own private studio is really nice and you have an hour to mix it up; hot, cold, neither, all. It’s great! (I only gave it 4 stars because getting to the location, for me, was a pain, but that’s not their fault.)
