Update (Sept 2025): Atia! Atia! ATIA! My second visit to Woodhouse Spa was just as magical as the first. Leah at the front desk called to remind me (thank goodness!) and welcomed me so warmly when I arrived. Then I met Atia, my massage therapist—she’s a true master, with incredible knowledge of anatomy and an amazing balance of conversation and relaxation. By the end, I hugged her because she was just that phenomenal. Emily in the lounge even remembered me by name and made sure I was completely pampered with thoughtful touches. Between Atia’s skill, Leah’s kindness, and Emily’s care, I cannot wait to come back. Original (Birthday visit): Sarah at the front desk, Jennifer with one of the best massages I’ve ever had, Andrea with an incredible facial, and sweet Emily surprising me with birthday chocolates and coffee… this spa is pure heaven. The gorgeous space, the cozy lounge, and the thoughtful details made it unforgettable. Woodhouse Spa has my heart!

My cousin and I splurged on my mom's 100th birthday. Got her a short massage, a simple facial, staff found out it was her birthday provided the bouquet of roses and baby's breath with other flowers, and lounged in the VIP section for almost a full hour. After all of the pampering. They even brought her a plate of six various styles of chocolate coated candies, much like the Ferrero Rocher candies but with white chocolate as well. The VIP lounge was very warm and toasty and at 100 years old. She very much appreciated. Comfort of that room. I can't thank the staff enough. Definitely on the permanent list of luxury splurges to indulge. Take a look at the photos. Those soft gray robes are fuzzy warm on the inside.

This is just the loveliest of experiences. From the moment you walk in, the staff is so sweet and makes eye contact and welcomes you. Then off the change into the comfiest of robes to then be settled into the quiet room w/ tea, snacks, mimosas or champagne. I've been 3 times for massages and they do not disappoint! The therapists all listen to my needs and adjusted the service to reflect what we talked about, not just the standard, routine flow of a massage. After, they have all you need for a shower, skin care and even more time w/ neck warmers, in the quiet room, if you wish. They may even bring you little chocolates! HIGHLY recommend this spa.

Outstanding First Experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa Atia was absolutely amazing. I went in feeling very stressed with a sore shoulder and left completely relaxed and refreshed. Her massage was exactly what I needed professional, intuitive, and incredibly effective. Lelia and Emily were also wonderful. They took the time to give me a full tour of the spa and provided great information, especially since it was my first visit. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel luxurious and comfortable from start to finish. Exceptional service, beautiful spa, and an overall fantastic experience. I will definitely be back!

Every time I come here I genuinely feel like a VIP! The staff is so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is so calming while also being so luxurious. I’ve tried multiple treatments and I’ve enjoyed every one. My favorites are the IR sauna, massage and the bath! Keisha did a 10/10 job on my deep tissue massage. She made sure I was comfortable while still targeting my problem areas. I truly do feel a difference and less tense after her treatment. Thank you Keisha, Sarah and the WH team! I can’t wait for my next visit!
