Mountain Village Hot Spring

Just dipped and I feel like my body is floating into the next realm. This place is amazing. Bare bones but you might get lucky and get the spot to yourself which makes it 5x better. $25 for 2 for 1 hour and limited to 6 or 8 people. Water is hot hot hot but you can also just jump in the river to cool off. Will be coming back every day hahaha. I believe motel guests might get free or discounted access so feel free to ask!

I'm always amazed at geothermal activity. This hotspring was very nice with a great view. The water was hot! But not too hot. They set up a plunge pool in the river too. They are building a few more. There's also a public hot spring right nearby. But not as nice or hot. Just a hole in the ground. Hot water is bubbling up all over the area.

This is a must for the hotsprings bucket list. You park and walk a short distance. Up to 8 people are allowed to make a reservation at one time. You will be sharing the tub. We thought we would have it to ourselves. We shared it with 4 other people and it wasn't too bad! We visited, relaxed, and enjoyed the stunning views.

Unreal beauty and experience! The hot tub is located right by the river at a walking distance from the hotel. The scenes early in the morning are nothing short of a fairy tale, that serenade your senses and your entire being! The water feels so nice in the cold. Recommend to go in early winter.

It is free if your staying in the mountain village resort. Just check in with the mountain village resort and head down. There was a free pool but it was not what you see in the pictures and just a blocked off area of the river with stones that the hot springs drain into.
