Terrace lakes hot springs

Had a moms night out to go relax at the terrace hot springs upon arrival the older gal working the pool was really snotty about our water but yet we gave them up even though others had there hydrojugs and alcohol not from the facility we were just drinking water and there to relax we were constantly being watched by the older gal and younger gal it was uncomfortable we were listening to music very quiet in our lil corner just sitting on the edge.she told us we couldn't sit in the 3ft end even though another group of 6 young adults was already in there upon others but she came and yelled at us wasn't even kind in asking us to move she made our whole experience uncomfortable come to find out from locals that nobody is fond of her and she actually has a name of pool nazi and makes everyone uncomfortable and is rude.

Customer service here is terrible. Two girls at the front counter extremely rude. They kick you out 15 minutes early at closing. They told us to get out. I said “wait we got 15 minutes left and I paid $15 bucks to get in here.” They don’t care. Kicked us out anyway. This is a bad way to conduct business.

Went today with family and friends. The pool was so nice and warm even with the outside temperature in the 30's. Pool was very clean. Can't wait to go back!

We've had fun days with the family here. :). It's nice in the snow. You can sled then hop in the hot pool.

Great family time and relaxing. Great price and no reservation needed.
