I enjoy visiting yoga studios when traveling and am so happy to have discovered this treasure! I truly loved my visit to Aspire!!! Such a beautiful space and everyone from the front desk (Amy) to the studio (Joan and the others taking the class) were so friendly and welcoming. I loved the wall of windows and natural light in the hot yoga studio. Joan's hot power yoga class was just what I needed to start the day. Her cues were great and helpful for all levels, including beginners. I enjoyed it so much that when I heard about her Salted Yoga class immediately after, I had to try it, too. It was such a unique, peaceful space for a yin / restorative yoga practice. And bonus that Aspire has such a cute lululemon shop, too. I will definitely make a point to go back anytime I am in southern illinois! Thank you, Aspire! :)

My brother and I were just passing through and lucky enough to catch their 2 hour hot yoga session. We were also lucky enough to have 3 separate instructors teaching the class. We are in good shape and work out on a regular basis also go to different yoga studios across the country as we travel for work. This was easily the best one we have ever been too. We had so much fun and we will definitely be stopping back in when we pass through next year. Thank you guys for being so friendly and letting us join for a night! It was such a great experience!

First off, this studio is PERFECT for someone starting off into yoga (like me!) All of their classes are engaging and push you without any judgement if you require breaks (I certainly do!). All the instructors are incredible too & really try to get to know the students in the classes. They even got me balloons for my birthday to put by my mat that was a couple days before one of my classes! I'd recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into yoga or various other classes.

Beautiful studio, staff is so friendly and welcoming. I took the Salted Yoga class to try it out and it was AMAZING! The instructor was so sweet and the class was super relaxing and healing. Will definitely be doing more of the Salted Classes and will try out the other classes. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to do something for themselves.

Such a great studio! 5/5 stars. My husband & I travel for his career so we've been to almost half the states in the US. This is one of the best studios I've been to. It's the perfect balance of fun/trendy yet still safe. They offer many modification options in poses. Also, great front desk staff!
