My experience purchasing a hot tub spa with Jessica was exceptional from start to finish. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about every model, features, pricing, and maintenance, and she explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. What I loved most is that she truly listened; she understood what I wanted, respected my budget, and never once made me feel pressured. Her customer service is unmatched. Our sales specialist was Jessica, and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was so sweet and very funny. Jessica made our experience at BullFrog Spas, a definite 5-stars experience. Even when the floor model we bought was mislabeled, Jessica definitely made things 1000% right. In the end, Jessica went above and beyond, in my opinion, what most wouldn’t have done. Because of her dedication to upholding her ethics, she made us BullFrog Spa members for life!

We bought our Bullfrog right when the new Rockford store opened up and it was a great experience. John handled everything for us....in fact, we were able to finalize everything while we were out of the country! When we got back we just had to stop in and complete some paperwork and we had our new spa. It's been a couple of months now and we absolutely love our Bullfrog!

I have visited the Rockford, Illinois store several times since we purchased our bullfrog spa. John Croasdale has been very helpful and has answered all of my questions every time. Not only am I impressed with the quality of the bull frog spa we purchase I am equally impressed with the bull frog team.

Biggest mistake i have ever made was trying to order parts thru them. Ordered them first week of May. Finally got a update Aug 21st that it was in. Have drove up there twice on the weekends to get it during their advertised hours and both times they have been closed. Would not recommend for anything.
