Golden Spa

1.0 star rating 6/1/2016 I went to Golden Spa this evening around 6pm as I saw that they took walk-in customers. I was in an extreme amount of back, shoulder and neck pain that resulted in the worst tension headache. I noted the menu when walking in and requested the posted 20 minute CHAIR massage for $15. All she kept asking me over and over was 30 minutes $25. (Seems they didn't have enough business today.) OK. Fine. I was asked to pay ahead of time. I paid via credit card and tipped, what I thought was, the massage therapist but turned out to be a complete rude and demanding scumbag. I was escorted into a room with 5 beds about 2-3 feet from the floor. There was indeed a chair for the chair massage but I was shown a bed and asked to undress. As in, undress in front of them because neither the male or female left the room for privacy. I took off my shirt and laid down in my undershirt and asked that they not use lotion or oil. Upon laying face down in the bed, the female proceeded to take off my undershirt and unhooked my bra. All while I'm laying there thinking...I thought I just purchased a chair massage which requires neither a bed or undressing. Ok. Fine. After much chit chat among the male and female in another language, the massage began after the female left. This guy was all up in my business! It was all too clear that this individual was in for some sort of sexual escapade! The majority of the time he stood over my head with his legs spread making it all too uncomfortable that his junk was hanging over my head. He not only attempted to massaged my breasts but massaged my butt under my pants and over my pants. He climbed onto the bed, put his arms over my head and stuck his knees on my butt and made some thrusting action. Talk about awkward! When the massage was over he knelt down in from of my face and says, "You Hot" as if he was asking a question. I said nope all good; not hot at all (not realizing what he was getting at). He helped me up from the bed in a bra and leggings, put his arms around me and pulled me in close as if he was hugging me. Then proceeded to try and make out with me. I threw my hands in the air and stepped away stating "ABSOLUTELY NOT!". He then demanded a tip!!!! I looked at him and said that I had paid via credit card when I walked in and already gave him a tip on the card. He would not let me leave until he found the infamous female to retrieve the receipt. SHE PLAYED STUPID LIKE I DIDN'T TIP ON THE RECEIPT! This was BY FAR the most unprofessional, disrespectful and the utmost disgusting experience I have ever had! This place of business seems to have a reputation of such. Just check out their Yelp reviews! I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and will do everything in my power to see that this business closes their doors!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

I do not like leaving bad reviews. Especially as a business owner. But this was a very gross and disgusting experience. I got the 30min deep tissue for $45 and tipped $20. Because everyone has their days. The massage is not terrible. A little rough but no bad. It’s super dark and dirty. The whole place is filled with cigarette smoke. I could barely breathe and obviously was not relaxed. The towels and sheets were damp. Either from the dryer too soon or they were used before me. It literally smells so bad in here. The back door was open so I guess it’s possible the smoke is coming from there but I don’t know. The women who answered the door (after ringing bell) were very rude. The therapists kept yelling back and forth through the walls. One guy even came in and actually left after using the bathroom because of the conditions. Sadly I won’t be back.

Went in today was trying to get just the 30 minutes lady inside insisted that i get the 1 hour it would be better, i declined just the 30 minutes, at first it like it's gonna be a great massage until someone called her and then she started to massage with one hand then an elbow. I asked so am I gonna get a good massage? She said something in mandarin. Then in English saying it will be just a minute then that turned into 5-10 minutes after she hung up i just got up and started to get dressed then she started screaming where you going? After that i just shut up and left. Leaving no tip of course cause she wasn't caring about her customer.

horrible massage, too much oil, not enough pressure, asking for too much tip, i paid for an hour $65 (gave them $100) asked for my money back they wanted to keep it all, never coming here again.

They are always very nice there. they ask you If the massage is too soft or too hard , They will adjust it. always very professional , no complaints here.
