Monarch and Maven Recovery Spa

Visited this new gem for the first time last week and I am in love!! Monarch and Maven offers massage, contrast therapy (cold plunge / sauna), and red light therapy with compression boot as well. The space has been intentionally designed to be calming and relaxing, with low lighting, black walls, and faux plant accents. I was there for a 30 minute contrast session (it was my first with them so was complimentary). I loved that both the cold plunge and sauna are in the same cozy room, providing privacy and great ease of use. Thoughtful details are included including comfy towels, a robe, and slippers. Cold plunge was great and although it was my first time in an infrared sauna I absolutely loved it. I have nothing but great things to say about Paulina and Bree, who were both very helpful, we coming, and kind. I cannot wait to return for more contrast therapy and red light as well. A recovery spa like this has been needed in Peoria and I can't wait to make this part of my regular routine!

Absolutely loved getting a massage with citrus scrub by Paulina! Was so relaxing and she did a great job! Would 100% recommend! I also tried contrast therapy here for the first time. The infrared sauna was amazing! I was very nervous about the cold plunge but after, I felt so refreshed! Will definitely be doing this again! The building is also beautiful and all the staff were super friendly!

Monarch & Maven was such a great experience. The space is beautiful and has a really cool atmosphere, but what stood out most was how kind and welcoming everyone was. You can tell the people there genuinely care about what they do and about their guests. I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Peoria area. I’ll for sure be back!

The Compression Boot Therapy was just what I needed. Paulina's lymphatic massage was excellent. The establishment is clean & calming. Maria at the front was super warm & welcoming. I can't wait to be back to try the other services. I'm so happy I discovered this place!

Absolutely the best spa around! Cold plunging and using the sauna have changed my mood and well-being. I am so happy Monarch and Maven is in Peoria. It is gorgeous and relaxing inside. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
