Nana Queen Spa

My first visit to Nana Queen Spa was lovely—I wish I could remember the name of the lady who did my massage because she was amazing. It was deeply relaxing, and she even used hot stones, which made the whole experience feel elevated and therapeutic. I left that first session feeling like I had found my go-to massage spot. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was the complete opposite. I prepaid a 25% tip before the service, which I now regret. From the beginning, the service felt rushed and impersonal. Amy, the massage therapist, did not use the hot stones at all. There were multiple moments during the massage when both of her hands were on my back and it felt like she was using saliva instead of proper massage oil or lotion. The consistency was off, and it was honestly disturbing. There was also a point during the massage when I tried to signal that I needed lighter pressure. Instead of adjusting appropriately, she resorted to what I can only describe as light tapping and twinkling her fingertips—not even close to a proper massage technique. I really wanted Nana Queen Spa to be my regular spot—I had planned on coming back every two weeks—but after this disappointing and uncomfortable experience, I won’t be returning. I’ll make sure to tell others to do the same. I’ll be heading to Sunrise Massage just down the street, where they’ve consistently provided honest, professional, and quality service.

They come to America knowing it’s the land of tips, and they take full advantage of it. You go in for a massage and they make you feel so guilty that you’re forced to leave a tip. If the tip isn’t exactly what they want, they give you dirty looks and kick you out without even saying goodbye. That’s disgraceful behavior, and it’s definitely not how service should be given in America.

In America, tipping is part of the culture, but the way they handle it here is completely wrong. Instead of offering good service and letting people decide, they pressure you, make you feel guilty, and if you don’t give the exact tip they expect, they treat you badly and send you off without respect. That’s unacceptable and not the way professional service should be done.

Amazing experience at this massage parlor! The hot stone massage and foot massage were absolutely the best I’ve had. The ladies were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, making me feel truly relaxed and cared for. They put in so much effort and took their time to ensure a perfect experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch massage

I recently visited Nana Queen Spa for the first time. I had a fantastic experience, particularly enjoying the "walk on back" massage that was extremely firm, without being painful. Yang Ling was my excellent therapist.
