Be careful about purchasing the packages. They won't tell you that the sessions expire, and then when you ask for an extension (for the sessions already purchased) it is very difficult. I was granted a 2 month extension but still couldn't use all my sessions and they refused to give an extra few weeks. Then when I expressed (very professionally) my disappointment, they promptly removed all my remaining sessions! Not sure if that is even legal since they had already agreed to it. Poor customer service from the management! In person everyone was nice. Additional note: your reply implies you are honoring your contractual commitment via the 'already extended expiration date'. That is false, as my remaining sessions were suddenly revoked, which is a breach of contract. Once those sessions are restored, I'll remove this comment but as of now your team is not even responding to my inquiries.

Update to Review.... After going through 3 levels of management and the bbb, they agreed to provide the x20 package that I had initially purchased. Original review.... I purchased package of 20 sessions for my wife this past mother's day for $399. They have since increased the prices and are refusing to honor my purchase. Rather they are claiming that I only purchased a $399 gift card! Why would I purchase a $399 gift card?? I purchased the largest package option they offered for a reason (it provided the lowest price per visit). At the time of this purchase, they offered the x20 package for $399. There is ZERO reason to believe that I would have purchased a $399 gift card and not the package. Sadly, the regional manager Omar refuses to do the right thing and take care of a customer.

I went almost daily and completed 30 sauna sessions in 32 days and really enjoyed the experience. After working all day as a physical therapist I enter the sauna with some stiffness and feelings of stress which completely go away when I am finished with the 40 minute sessions. I started at 135 degrees but have worked up to 145 degrees (it will go as high as 165 I believe). I appreciate the benefits of infrared light therapy which I have used for years in the clinical setting to treat patients with inflammation. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very relaxing. You can bring your own music or use one of there streaming channels for watching a show. The staff members are all polite and professional. I would highly recommend this studio.

Having utilized Perspire's services for roughly two weeks, I can confidently attest that the results are a worthwhile investment. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the overall experience is impressive. During these two weeks, I have achieved a weight loss of six pounds, which can be attributed to a combination of Perspire sessions and my regular workout routine of three to four times per week. Perspire has proven to be a valuable addition to my weight loss efforts, which had previously plateaued despite regular use of traditional saunas and steam rooms after my workouts. I am delighted to have found Perspire and look forward to my next session. Thank you for everything, Perspire!

This was my first time at an infrared sauna and I'm already addicted! The women at the desk were kind, patient, welcoming, and thoroughly explained what we could expect while giving us a tour. I was so grateful for the formatting of the rooms and saunas so I didn't have to worry about being around strangers and could truly relax into what felt best. The whole process was easy to understand both through the video presentation that you're encouraged to play in your room and the information cards available. I can't wait to go back! What an wonderful investment for regular alone time and self care.
