I recently visited Relax Spa in Niles with my sister for the first time, and it was absolutely worth the 40-minute drive! ❤️❤️ We booked a 90-minute hot stone/oil massage, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. 🙏 The host was incredibly welcoming and guided us to our room, where he thoughtfully asked which areas we wanted our therapists to focus on. I really appreciated this attention to detail—it allowed us to address specific concerns during the massage. My therapist, Fei, was amazing. He was spot-on with his technique, focusing exactly on the points I mentioned. Not only was he professional and polite, but he also had impressively strong hands—just what I needed! 🥰 After the session, they offered us water, a little snack, and even a coupon for our next visit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire experience was worth every minute, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next time—maybe for a 2-hour session!😆❤️

The staff was incredibly informative, guiding me through the various treatments and explaining the benefits of each. We had a girls’ spa day and last minute decided to stop by Relax Spa and I’m so glad we did! They were able to get me and my two friends in without any issues. Frank’s customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and the entire team made our experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The body massages and head & scalp spa were incredible. They took exceptional care of my friend who is pregnant and were very attentive, thoughtful, and accommodating to her needs, which meant so much to us. You can truly tell this team cares about their guests. Highly recommend for a relaxing, stress-free experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a girls spa day with my daughter and my sister and we had such a wonderful time at the relax spa in the Oak Mill Mall! Kevin the manager was so helpful and friendly. We loved the 20 minute foot and lower leg massage as well as the 20 minute body massage. The facility is so clean and very nice, and all the staff providers were wonderful and we all got a great massage! We definitely will be back and we want to try all the other services they have here. We appreciate the fruit water and the snacks after our treatments.

Not sure why the ratings are so high here. Maybe they used to be good before but my wife brought me here for my birthday for a couples massage and we were both disappointed. It was just a general rubdown with repeated low effort strokes and being slathered with oil. We both left feeling no noticeable difference in tension or soreness from when we arrived. I feel like my guy only put in effort for the last five minutes. There are plenty of better, more professional spots nearby for the same price or even cheaper.
