I've been coming here for the past several years, and I can't say enough good things about Simply Beautiful! If anyone has taken the time to talk to the owner, Angela, through a service or even in passing, you will know how dedicated, thoughtful and passionate she is about the business. Staff is knowledgable, thorough, clean and welcoming. I've seen Trisha, Jen P, Patty, Angela, (owner), for facials and Tony for a massage. Not one is better than the other, they all have acquired their own individualized special touch. The waiting area can get a bit cramped, but it's beautifully decorated with a lot of natural and clean products - (which again, the staff can recommend). Angela was the one who walked me through my Pevonia skin care routine, which I've been now using/doing, for the past ~2 years with clear results. They recently hosted a "Client Appreciation" event, (via mid- November), with a large raffle, a charcuterie cart, Christmas cookies, macaroons, mimosas and complimentary facials. It was elegant and really went flawlessly. Great job to the staff and Angela! I look forward to many more sessions and would, (and have), recommended them to several family and friends.

I got a massage, facial, and spent time in the salt room. I was the most relaxed I have ever been. The massage was incredible just how I like it. The facial left my skin glowing but I’ll opt out of the scalp massage as it left my freshly washed hair oily and completely matted. The salt room was so cozy, I would like dimmer lights though. Overall I know I seem nitpicky but I really did have an amazing experience overall, just a couple things I’m commenting on. I took away a star because while the lady that did my pedicure was very nice, her “20 or so years of experience” didn’t give me an even polish layering. She also didn’t do much prep. I told her I wanted a deep dark red but she kept giving me colors to choose between that were too light or even orangey. They don’t even do gel polish. I’ve gone to chop chops that gave wayyyy better pedicures/color options. It was for my birthday so I was very disappointed with the pedicure.

I am updating my review because the spa moved and I was finally able to check the place out last week and I was so happy I took the time to check out the new place. After 7 years they still deserve 5 stars and from the photos you can see how amazing the place looks. Every single staff member I come in contact with offers help and a smile, you always feel welcomed and a valued guest. I took some time to check out the salt cave and look forward to giving it a try, the walls look so neat. Yes, there are many places you can go to get a service done, but the environment I feel makes all the difference in my experience so I would suggest treating yourself to a service and give them a try. Also in the season of "CV19" they have great measures in place to make sure that all regulations are met and you feel comfortable in a clean environment. Thank you for the extra hard work because it helps me feel normal during a "unnormal time"

I didn't have an appointment yet everyone was so nice about it and they were able to take me in on the spot, which was so kind of them to do! They provided me with slippers and a robe and then I entered a relaxation room where they had tea and water. I was then taken to a private room for the facial. My facial was with Angela, who was so great! Not only did she provide an excellent facial and massage, she explained every step in detail, cared to make sure I was comfortable at all times, and even gave me some samples to try out the different products used and/or recommended! I really appreciated the service and level of care and detail. I felt she truly took the time to learn about my skin and help me learn how to best care for it moving forward. Will definitely be coming back!

I typically don’t bother writing reviews, but as a small business owner myself, I understand the value of word of mouth. This is one business that I wanted to openly support! Sometimes, we all look for the over-the-top showiness of a place to determine its worthiness, but Simply Beautiful is a diamond in the rough. I brought my mom for a belated Mother’s Day experience because I didn’t feel like going all the way into the city. I was not disappointed. The staff, the services and the whole experience was top notch! Anyone looking for a city experience in the comforts of suburban living should 100% go to Simply Beautiful Day Spa!
